#yabende_1K Big congrats to yabende for hitting his 1K subscriber milestone! 😎🎉👏 For me, this video sums up why he is a pillar of the locksport community. Not only is his skill unparalleled and his explanation super clear, but his unconventional approach (he's picking a disc detainer lock thought to require custom tooling with a standard dimple flag!) teaches you to think outside the box and better understand how things work. What don't I like about his videos? That's a much harder question... if I had to offer something, I'd say that sometimes he makes a key tool modification without even mentioning it, and the color behind those choices is great to hear about. That said, these things always spark great conversation, so just comes down to how much you want to pack into an already rich video.

Thank you for your words, it is very nice - you are another person who mentions , I should pay more attention to the tools I use. As you rightly pointed out, my videos are stuffed to the brim with information and the part describing the tools will make them even longer, but I will definitely do it in videos that will require it - that is, when I use something non-standard. Thanks and good luck

Of course it is difficult. Your question is not stupid - Tokoz Pro is very difficult to pick. In my opinion, it is a lock of black belt difficulty in the LPU classification

Are there any big differences in the mechanism itself and the operating principle of this mechanism between Abloy Protec 2 and Tokoz Pro? Or are they generally very similar?
@yabende

Both mechanisms are very similar if we consider the principle of operation, but Protec² is much better made and, for example, DBS works much more efficiently.
@Darth-xc6tz

@@yabende that is, it is more difficult to open Protec than Tokoz, or is the difference not significant if it concerns the practice of opening a lock?

@@yabende but is Tokoz difficult to open for a thief anyway? Is he much inferior to Abloy in this regard? Or is it equally difficult for a thief to open both locks?
@yabende
11 ай бұрын
@@Darth-xc6tz Tokoz Pro is very difficult to open, there are minimal chances to open it by manipulation method. Unfortunately, I have only one lock and I do not want to destroy it, but I am afraid that it is possible to open it by force method.

I was thinking the same. Just a dimple pick and he makes it. It is beyond impressive as I see it, no special tools. Yabende would open Fort Knox with a rusty nail and a bobypin. Seen some of his others movies too, they are amazing. He rocks in my book.

Good afternoon you are very good at unlocking cylinders and mounting the Tokoz pro but if the cylinder has a inside out key for example dimension 30 50 and has another butterfly and not the one I see in the video and it also has a difender it cannot be unlocked. However I emphasize once again without having a tool for mounting you made it perfectly the cylinder congratulations

Thank you for your words of appreciation and for all your comments. As for your comment - you are right, but I only show the weaknesses of each lock on my channel. Just because I managed to pick a lock does not mean that you can open the door - my channel is locksport. Greetings sincerely

@@ЕвгенийБарахнин-ъ1д You're absolutely right - I've always said that burglars only pick locks in movies. Most high security locks really require a lot of work and skill to open them by manipulation (that's what locksport is all about) - burglars have other methods, far less subtle.
