I lost my job in April due to COVID but I am doing my best to be positive and keep busy despite the fact I live alone. I’ve turned to making art, cooking and yoga to lessen my anxiety. But your videos (and all the various channels) keep me entertained and feel less isolated. Thanks so much Shinichi. Xoxo from a Korean girl living in Chicago.

You really make touring an artform, even in a business area, which is still very different from other countries even if it has some similarities. The camera perspective, speed and commentary help to keep it interesting. Looks like an enjoyable ride on what seems like a very hot season.

Yay! Bike Ride! Sound is great☺ Today is laundry day for me lol. It's 1:06pm right now and I just got started. Lol very late start, but no biggie..... Mist is the word you were thinking of..or spray...that is neat that they do that....no worries about your hair. It's the wind blown look and that is always accepted. 😄 Hmmm the Water Science Museum? If that is the ine you were looking at, it's to show the importance of water. Looks interesting....lot's of concrete and it absorbs the heat. So not surprising that it is really hot. Lol...getting lost is not a bad thing sometimes. It helps you to learn the surrounding area....Covid-19 is such a huge pain. I miss my friends so much. I love watching your videos..they make me happy. And even though I've never met you, it's a friendly experience. Does that make sense? Lol...yay restrooms! It's always good to know where they are. Lol...beautiful view of the Rainbow Bridge. Oh your hair looks great! I like the wind blown look. Thank you again for the wonderful bike ride.

11:04 the word you're looking for is mist. Didn't know those things were there. When I went there last year, it was a hot day in May, so I cooled off in the little park areas along the pier. I was amazed at how small the crowds of people are on the Odaiba paths, so seeing little to no one on your tour here isn't that surprising to me even without the virus. The area is super spacious as far as it being so open for a place in Tokyo. I miss Sizzlers. Sad that they closed up in Hawaii years ago. I was so tempted to go while I was in the area, but didn't have the time. Just hit up the Gundam exhibit and the mall behind it, then had to leave. Haven't been able to make you guys' livestreams lately, but loving these vids Shinichi. The 'do is always on point my dude.

Once again, fantastic stream Shinichi! I'd enjoyed every second of it while eating my ham and cheese toastie :) Stage 4 restrictions in Melbourne, Australia has been extended for another 2 weeks. Restrictions will only start to ease significantly in Melbourne from September 28th, but only if the COVID cases fall below 50 per day. Is it compulsory in Tokyo - or in Japan - to wear a helmet when riding a bicycle or is it voluntary? If we don't wear helmets when we're riding a bicycle in Melbourne we risk having a fine. It's great to see that people (like you) in Japan are respectful of people around them, the things they borrow and how they use things that's not theirs. There were a few rental bike companies that tried their luck to bring rental bikes to Melbourne, including a company from Singapore, but it was all unsuccessful. One of the downfalls was that the rental bike will either run out of battery or it'll stop unexpectedly as the rental hire time was over the limit and plus not many people use the service. So people tend to leave the rental bikes here and there and all over the place, not in docks. In general, Aussies don't really give a damn about rental bikes, sure it's nice to ride around the city and good for dates and tourists and it's convenient, but there was an outbreak of people doing random bad things to it. For example, the rental bikes got ditched on footpaths, thrown in trees and dumped in the Yarra River. Once there was news about this, other people tried to outperform them and tried their luck in placing the bike in weird and wacky positions and areas in the city. That was disappointing, but it became a sort of art, a sculpture frozen in time. When we were in the city, my friends and I used to play "spot the rental bike in the river", it was like a running joke amongst Melbournians, it's hilarious actually. Unfortunately, rental bikes will be introduced in Melbourne again this year, I haven't been to the city much so I haven't spotted it but here's a news article about it, it'll either give you nightmares or make you laugh in pain. 7news.com.au/news/travel/uber-to-bring-jump-bikes-to-melbourne-after-disastrous-obike-scheme-c-684219 Either way, if we were not in stage 4 restrictions, I'm pretty sure the rental bikes will be thrown in the river and placed on a roof.
