You will not find these movements anywhere else in this world. A marvel of people synchronisation.

The station is less crowded compared to its pre-pandemic because people started working from home. But it still gets busy in the morning. It’s Tokyo.

how quickly that trickle of people becomes an absolute flood. It reminds me of the flash floods we have in the western US. I like your videos

Just found your channel. Amazing quality, your channel will surely grow. Im from Norway so thats a crazy amount of people for me haha. My japanese coach said he was warned that there were many people in the street during his driving test in Norway. So he was rather stressed out, but having grown up in Tokyo he was really confused about where all the people were. Id love to visit Japan once I have learned the language better. Your videos are really helpful and interesting. がんばって!

Thanks :-) I just started this channel. I haven't uploaded lots of videos yet. But I have tons of ideas creating videos about Japan. Your comment definitely gives me motivation. I’ll push myself to work harder and upload videos more frequently. ありがとう、がんばる!

Noway is a small town haha. It's just 4 million people. Its the size of a Province in Spain, France or Germany. My region is half the size of Norway in population but WAY smaller. Like 2 million in 20 000km2. (just my city has about 1 million people, like Oslo and its not even on the top 5 biggest cities of my country).

Although this is democratic Japan in the 21st century, the sheer discipline of the Japanese people going about their business in a simplified and dignified order is to say nothing at all except to admire at what one sees.

This brings a lot of memories to me (lived in Tokyo for a year). Imagine being the only foreigner in that crowd. Tall with blond hair and a red jacket. I stood out like crazy but it was funny xD. I had to do that every morning on my way to Waseda University. It was funny too most assume you are American but I was European. Lived in Nerima and Itabashihoncho

The detailed names of Tokyo places told me that you really lived in Japan. I’m glad you seemed to enjoy it. Come back to Japan and join this crowd again 👍🤣

I must protest. It is not fair that every Japanese lady I am seeing today has slim hips everywhere. A nice sight. Where I am from, they all have hips like the back end of a Shibuya bus.

The question is: where were all of these people going? Were they walking toward a subway or train? Or were they exiting toward a building? What was on the other side of the tunnel?
