well when you get admitted to BU there is a minimum standard in regards to command of the English language in regards to verbal and writing skills.. He's gotta be atleast college level.. so not really surprised.. He's not attending BU as an exchange student.. so.. yeah atleast minimum standard met.. also should point out.. his "rep".. was on Dhaliwal.. and said his mom is an exec at a fortune 500 company.. so.. probably more opportunities in general than any typical kid..

@@billytessio6326 I work with a swedish company.. not everyone has command of English language like Tom does.. he expressed things more eloquently than most..

@@Mellowyellow8888 I meant more about his level of confidence while speaking. Most other swedish prospects are quite reserved, like Petey, Hoglander, and Lekkerimaki

@@Wincey97 i think you forget.. Petey when he came over he was still hunting for the right words to express himself.. The lack of speaking confidence and reserved'ness tends (but not always) to go hand in hand..

Great young d-man to add to the young core we have Don't know how they will do it but they have to resign Petterson long term Don't know about Boeser I do like it but they might have to trade him if they can't resign him (he had a off year but was dealing with a lot of stuff off the ice so I give him a pass) Really liked them buying on Larsson hated that contract and trade

Do you pronounce the ‘ö’ in Höglander, the ‘ä’ in Lekkerimäki and the ‘Å’ in Åman correctly? Most do not, which is disrespectful. If there was ever a player from Sandawe in Africa we would all pronounce his name correctly, clicks and all. It should be no difference if someone is from East Africa or Sweden
