Tommy Cash had a great voice. Always thought he should have been bigger than he was.

Another good one Penny. I’ve listened to that song for a long time. I saw Tommy in a concert when this song first came out. I was in the front row center stage. And on a side note, I think the eeriest feeling I’ve ever felt in my life, was when I visited that library in Dealy Plaza in Dallas and looked out that same 6th floor window that Lee Harvey Oswald looked out. You can see the grassy knoll and the triple underpass. And you can visualize everything. And I remember witnessing his murder on live tv. Your reaction Don made me think of those things. Good job as usual…love Tommy’s songs.

Got that same little tremalo in his voice. Very much a folk song really. Always like hearing it. Makes me a little sad even though we are the same age. It makes me sad.

I remember this well. Written by Larry Murray and recorded by Tommy Cash in 1969. Never heard much from Tommy Cash. There is a recording of this by Johnny Cash if you would like to compare Tommy and Johnny.

What I appreciate about your channel, I lost track of your channel after a few crashed devices, You react to what some people would consider obscure music, Most isn't obscure, just ignored by much of the reaction world. Thank you

For a slightly different point of view you should react to "Lee Harvey" by The Asylum Street Spankers!!!---#UTRCM
