Oh I am absolutely adding this to my Daily Workouts as it is excellent, truly excellent, for Balance plus Abs plus Legs!! I always need to work on Balance, love Abs workouts, and enjoy the Leg ones as well, I would rename this one Legs, Abs and Balance (as it works abs when we balance on one leg at a time, using the entire core). Such a great workout! xx

I have been doing your exercises and loving them I hate getting on the floor as I’m old and fat lol but I’m doing them. ❤️❤️❤️. Love that they are free. Keep up the good work and thank you 😘. I also have limited space And need low impact as there are people below me.

I like the floor workouts just because I have tendonosis in my ankle, so I was more focused on remaining balanced and not falling over rather than flexing my thighs and so on. But I certainly need the standing exercises so I could strengthen my ankles! I also second someone else's comment on calf exercises!! Thank you SO much for these workouts, getting me moving everyday!

Holly Dolke Yes! I started your ab workouts in January. My formation was not great, I had to put my feet down three times during Russian twist but within a month I could do it all - twice! I got great results but been lazy during the lockdown. I think that’s been good for me though - I used to have anorexia in my early 20s so it’s healthy for me not to be obsessive. I’m getting back on the horse and feeling my abs burning :)

done this for four days in a row now, and it does get easier! first two days were pretty brutal lol, yesterday felt a little better, today it was significantly easier for me!

wow,wow,wow Holly .Thanks for the awesome leg work out .I liked all of the floor exercises as i also felt my ABS ,.I had to rest doing the crab exercise as my wrists got sore .what i mean rest just lower my butt to the floor ,but i still carried on with the moves .But i do have weak wrists.

Update- I have been doing this for a couple weeks. I can now run 2.5miles in 22 mins and not even sweat. I am powering up hills even. Before I could not break 10min miles and felt like I was dying. I have never felt so excited from results and just feeling strong but not bulky. I really feel my legs and use them differently, its from this routine.

I felt like I was doing pretty good but the last five minute or so was hard! But I pushed through! I stretched my legs during those ten second rests because they were so sore 😂🦵🏻✨

I feel the pain on my hips too, but eventually I got used to it. (ADVICE: take something to put on the floor and make it double)
