My whole life i grew up as a Member of the Mormon church but i grew up listening to these songs every sunday not only listening to them on the computer and all but listening to my mom and her siblings sing this all time whenever we had family gatherings. Thank you so much for posting the videos that you do!! God bless 😊😊

As mentioned before, this is one of my favorite hymns. There are many things that I associate this hymn (a CD given by my younger brother Samisoni Tu'itupou - same singers/band) with and one of them is the loving memory of my maternal grandfather the late Taufa Pulotu Maile Lua. Sadly in Jan. 2012, my Grandpa was diagnosed with end stage adeno-carcinoma- lung cancer. It was during his last days, Grandpa, myself and my brothers (Solomone Ula, Tangata 'o Lakepa & Samisoni Tu'itupou); together we would pray & listen to this hymn. Triumphantly Grandpa passed on to be with the Lord, in February 2012, he was 93 years old. Above all I am reassured as this hymn reminds me of the Divine powers that our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ posses to forgive and cleanse Grandpa of all his sins and only Jesus Christ demolished, the sting of death, and the demonic forces of this materialistic world once and for all when He rose from death after been crucified and dying on the cross. Jesus Christ is the only answer to all things in this universe and this life. If you choose life (here and eternal) then there are No other options but to receive, accept Jesus Christ into your heart as your Lord and Saviour and follow His teachings in the Bible (the inspired word of God). Furthermore this hymn reminds me of these Bible versus, which I will quote from the Bible, the new testament of the Gospel according to John 4: 13 - 14 "Jesus answered, "Those who drink this water will get thirsty again, but those who drink the water that I will give them will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give them will become in them a spring which will provide them with life-giving water and give them eternal life." Sione 4:13 - 14 "Pea tali 'e Sisu, 'one me'a kiate ia, 'A, koia kotoa pe 'oku inu mei he vai ko ena te ne toe fieinua: ka 'ilonga 'a ia te ne inu mei he vai te u 'atu 'e au, 'e 'ikai 'aupito te ne toe fieinua 'o ta'engata; ka koe vai teu 'atu kiate ia 'e au te ne tupu 'i loto 'i he toko taha ko ia, ko e matavai mapunopuna hake, 'o 'iku kihe mo'ui ta'engata." I also quote from the Bible in the old testament Psalms 42:1-2a "As a deer longs for a stream of cool water, so I long for you, O God. I thirst for you, the living God." Saame 42:1-2a " Hange ha tia 'oku holi ki ha tafenga 'oku vai. Pehe 'ae holi 'a hoku laumalie ki he 'Afiona, Elohimi. 'Oku fie inu hoku laumalie kia Elohimi, Ki ha 'Otua mo'ui:" John 3: 16 "For God loved the world so much that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him may not die but have eternal life". To Him be all the glory, honour and praise. Amen.
