Touching story, especially that last bit. The world has changed since then, but love is timeless, it is always the same, 20,000 BC, or 2024 AD, there is no change. It is the only intangible force in the universe, virtually immeasurable, and when real remains emphatic, never susceptible to gravity or time like mortal things. I am glad she was there waiting.
