The fact that you can find something new in the Bible every single time you read it is reason enough to continue studying it. We can't even understand GOD fully by all he's provided in scripture so you need to study until death! That’s one bad trait of prosperity preachers, ear ticklers, and those who rely on stirring up emotions more than stirring up hunger to walk in obedience to the Lord; they have a very horrible habit of trying to be profound with their incessant attempts to come across a “new revelation” instead of preaching what the Word says. There are people who attend seminary and study 8 hours a day which on the surface is good BUT! without the Holy Spirit leading us those scriptures are but mere knowledge sis. Here is another scripture that came in mind to share, "1 Corinthians 13:2 NASB95 - If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing." If a person is reading scriptures and they don't have the love of God in their being they are reading judgement against themselves because on that Day, Jesus will remind them of what they read and how they missed it. I've experienced this on a small level, and it's quite sad to know that people look down on you for wanting to study the word of God. Coming out of a lot of false teachings, I love to sit under godly pastors that can expound on scriptures, line upon line, precept upon precept. No confusion at all, just allowing the scriptures to speak for themselves. I'm done with hearing people having "a word from the Lord." Corey, although I can't say much good about self called "pastor" Grey, he is absolutely right on two points. The text is talking about the Voice of God walking. This is the same thing as scripture saying the Word was made flesh. How is it that we believe God made His Word flesh but don't believe His Voice can walk? The text is trying to tell us which person of God was in the garden. His second correct point is that some people think that their seminary degree can teach them scripture better than the Spirit of God. This is ridiculous. We should study of course, but knowing about God is not the same as knowing Him. Be blessed.

Scripture says to worship God in SPIRIT and TRUTH. SpIrit could be considered internal inspiration, feeling or perception. Truth is gathered by study, learning and accuracy. If we get stuck on one ore the other we can become imbalance. We need BOTH. Truth without spirit can leave us legalistic and judgemental. Spirit without truth can leave us wreckless and I’ll informed.
@Revivedliving427

I LOVE this because both leads to RELATIONSHIP. If one gets stuck ONLY on theology and Bible study they can never comprehend Christ as the Living Word, Light & Revelation henceforth which is Spirit. So when you get one that is only “spiritual” without theology you spiritism. People in spiritism do not line up what they feel, hear, experience or discern with the Word so they lean to their own understanding. People who have ONLY theology or Bible study but lack spirit… they condemn those who don’t have theology and henceforth we get legalism, self righteous and puffed up with knowledge. So neither are correct because they do not have the fullness. But when we get the fullness we get Spirit and Truth which leads us into relationship with Christ and into the Kingdom of Heaven. From that space we can enter into fellowship with God and the Kingdom of God where power, authority and citizenship presides.

Hebrews 10:25 New International Version 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another-and all the more as you see the Day approaching. Hebrews 3:13 New International Version 13 But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called “Today,” so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness. Yes its very important you congregate.let the Holy Spirit guide you and find a sound doctrine church where the word of God is spoken and not adulterated where they tell you where your sins will send you if you don't repent and turn from the sins you are commiting. John 3:3 New International Version 3 Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.”

First off, I don't need anyone preaching to me from the pulpit in a Jersey smh I need more reverence of the Lord that's just me. I just think all these things are connected, not saying that because of how you're dressed that your teaching will be sound, but it's just a respect thing to me. Then, from there, it gets worse with the bad doctrine!

Knowing that Katt has already said this is the year of exposure, he should’ve stayed clear bc his own past tells us that at any moment he could very well be exposed AGAIN for something crazy & sinful!

"STUDY to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." - 2 Timothy 2:15 This was the same "pastor" that said his wife covers him smh lol

Well...he does have a point. The Holy Spirit teaches us. The problem in the body of Christ is that everyone wants to be a scholar. So smart that they actually miss Jesus. Sound famliar? (John 5:38-44). The Pharisees were Biblical Scholars. They were so lifted up in pride, due to their knowledge of the scriptures. God does not reveal anything to someone who thinks they can "figure it all out" through their theological studies. I didn't know who Pastor Gray was until I saw this, but I saw the title, and it caught my attention. This is a revelation that I received myself. "Study to show yourself approved..." translates to "Be diligent to pesent yourself to God to show yourself approved. (2 Tim. 2:15 NKJV). Accurately "handling the word of truth.." What "word" is being referenced? The written word or spoken word? God's word is written on our hearts. The Bible serves to show us the character and nature of God. Pray and ponder on that. In summary, we must rely on the Holy Spirit to teach us. The pastor may not be right about everything he is saying...or he may not sound as intellectual as some of you would like, but learn from the accounts that Jesus had with the religious leaders, teachers in his day. Jesus came speaking by revelation and they would not receive what he was saying. They mocked and ridiculed. God will open the eyes of the blind, and blind the eyes of those that see. Some of you all need to humble yourselves..

The Pastor never talked about the Holy Spirit in his sermon. He never spoke of the Pharisees. He simply dismissed the Bible. We can listen to the Holy Spirit and read the Word of God. We should do it concurrently. The Pharisees were hypocrites who picked and chose when to apply the Torah to their lives and were arrogant. This Pastor has deceived many and his public scandals are even more bizarre. Refusing to read the Bible and misquoting scripture is just as arrogant. The Pastor is talking about our pre-sin mind in reference to renewal. Does the Holy Spirit tell us this? Read the word and use the Holy Spirit to discern what God is communicating through scripture. This is how so many people are being led into cults

@gladyskihara4736 He may not have mentioned the Holy Spirit in his sermon, but we can't assume that he doesn't rely on the Holy Spirit to bring revelation of scripture. What I'm pointing out is the high-minded comments. I'm tired of all the KZitem "scholars" tearing each other down. No wonder the world thinks Christianity is a joke. You don't see this happening in any other religion...publicly that is. Instead of listening with an open heart and mind, to catch the essence of what is being said, there are Pharisees on the sideline "KZitem Ministers" looking to tear another member of the body down...picking apart every word spoken. Sickening!! I'm not supporting everything the Pastor is saying, or even him as a person, but if we're going to judge, it needs to be righteous judgment. That judgement only comes from the Spirit, not flesh.

”Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the LORD. Therefore thus saith the LORD God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people; Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the LORD. And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase. And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the LORD.“ Jeremiah 23:1-4 KJV

Love listening to the TRUTH through your videos! So appreciate your Berean-like reviews of these 'asinine" (looney, zany, inept, out to lunch, harebrained, nutty, screwball, kooky and then some) pastors and their heretical sermons! BTW, what study software do you use/show when referencing Hebrew words and such?! Blessings!
