One thing we love about visiting huge cities like Bangkok is the ability for the personality of the city to change very quickly. One minute you may be walking through covered alleys among tons of local food stands and the next you may wander into a pristine Chinese shrine. This change is apparent in many places but especially when entering Chinatown.
Walking onto the streets, you're greeted with huge signs in Chinese script and tons of vendors. The chaos of it all can be very fun! We loved walking around the many alleys, finding new foods, and watching the hoards of people browse through all of the shops. Every now and then, the crowds are broken up by a car slowly driving through, but the sea of people quickly comes back once the car is gone.
In this video, we walk the streets and hope to give an interesting perspective of the extremely exciting Chinatown. At one part, we manage to escape the crowds to a serene shrine with some beautiful dragon paintings. We, of course, tried tons of food because there really is just too much to try in Bangkok but we're on a mission to do it all!

Hi! We are Marshall and Sabrina, a couple from Colorado who are eager to see the world! We quit our jobs and packed our bags to pursue a life of full-time travel.
Our travels began in 2022 where we spent a month and a half navigating through new territory and adjusting to living out of a suitcase. After taking a year to build up our savings, we boarded a plane with one-way tickets to Europe!
