She’s literally shaking n holding back tears the whole interview. God bless her. I love rap music but dissing the departed has gone way to far. It’s literally in every song they put out. Us as fans should NOT accept songs/rappers who do it. We should hold them accountable and say hey, “we will not listen to you nor support you in anyway if you continue to diss the departed” it seems like a stretch but I know we as people have power to change anything

1,000,000% agree. Fans have the power. I used to listen to it but reciting the lyrics makes me sick.. words have power. I was a fan of Duck and Durk hoping they would make a truce then Duck died and Durk started mocking him and it just f*caked me up.. like bro he was trying so hard to get him and his family out of the hood and y’all kill him like a dog while he’s buying a gift for his son.. no remorse.. mocked him smh fans gotta stop supporting that shit and the tables will turn.

Parents can be really naïve because it's hard to believe that he wasn't active or affiliated based on the people he was hanging with. Even in her own words, she's alluding to the fact that he was involved in some capacity because he was kicked out of school, she was getting him a mentor, dudes talking shit to him and trying to fight him. There's no way he wasn't active or affiliated. Especially since he has been getting dissed for a decade.

My point is he was forced to participate in certain illegal activities in the streets bc of the company he kept. He wasn’t on papers bc his crimes were not verifiable. 😢I see a lot of maiming and death, most of it is caused by 9-16yrs. There’s a 9 yr old kid that I interviewed for murdering a grown man over a damn card game. He’s is already gone, his eyes are dark, no remorse, had no record, he is a product of his environment, which is terrifying unfortunately. He understands life and death he just don’t gaf bc in his words no one gaf about him. @@aliboom3244 thats the point how you claim something you don't own. Why are defending something you don't own or have the brains to? Own it! You can rightfully protect what you own. Then turn around mad at the white man. Like she said sad and ignorant. I guarantee if the effort was put in to put your name of it ain't no way in hell the streets would be shot up. It's ridiculous. Then look up to these ppl and they never come back to take care of you. The statements not meant as an insult it should be inspirational.

This lady is doing a whole lot of projecting and is full of regret. She mentioned a male friend basically warning her about her child's reakless mouth, and she didn't want to hear it. She said her son was a good fighter and if he couldn't beat you he would poke you with the knife he carried. He was often kicked out of school and was signed up for wrestling to control his anger, he gained his name from being known to have an attitude...with all of that going on, i know for a fact her and her grandmother couldn't control him. That's why she said it starts at home. It does and although they did the best they could, her home/community was dysfunctional. May she find peace.

Tooka is dead because of the way he was raised. Just like my two brothers and father. It's hard to change , it's hard to learn , I was a product of my environment just like this women. This genuinely hurt my soul. 13 years later and she’s constantly reminded of her 15 year old son being killed on the daily. The record station wouldn’t even edit the song but would rather block her. Even person from the side say he wasn’t a street dude. This is a prime example of how being in the hood does you no good. I pray she’s been able to put some distance between that area and herself for her kids sake.

There’s a part when she’s talking about back in the day when everyone could discipline a child when they were doing something wrong but she also said her boyfriend felt she allowed her kids to say anything, people get defensive when it comes to there kids, women should definitely really consider the man point of view in those instances because the man will recognize things in another man/boy that a woman may miss and vise versa with girls
