It is basically composed of nylon bristles and a plastic body.

And not to be different, I will show you all the stages of its manufacture. From the body to the bristles of the toothbrush.
Starting with loading the polypropylene resin into the injection machine.
The equipment injects the plastic body of the toothbrush, and robotic arms remove it. The same robot unloads on the conveyor belt.
The brushes are guided and aligned by guides and sensors.
The tweezers remove the piece from the mat and the scissors cut the brushes individually. The same tweezers discard the rest of the material to be recycled.
The brushes slide to another mat.
The elevator conveyor transports you to the next step.
The robotic arm positions the brushes to receive the blue rubber. Blue rubber is injected by the vertical injector. The function of the rubber is to improve its grip, reducing the chance of slipping from our hands.
A new lift conveyor carries the brushes for brand identification. The brand is printed through hot stamping, where a hot die presses the printing film against the handle.
This is the most sensitive part of the whole process. The placement of nylon bristles must be precise and flawless so as not to harm the entire fabrication.
The machine inserts the nylon threads at a very high speed. This set produces around 30,000 toothbrushes a day.
It is worth taking a closer look at how these bristles are placed. Small bobby pins are what really hold the strands to the brush.
The clips are inserted at the end of the wires and automatically fixed in the small holes of the brush.
Of course, we couldn't help but show how these nylon threads are made.
The process is known as extrusion. The heated gun pushes the material into the die and is poured into a tub of water. The die determines how many strands are coming out of the extruder.
The wires are pulled through a series of heated, motorized cylinders. Both the speed and temperature of the cylinders and the hot or cold bath are what define the thickness of the wires.
Storage is via the spool. Then it is cut, wrapped in plastic wrap and cut again to the right size for the toothbrush.
Back at the brush factory, the bristles are lined up by sharp blades. And then carved into the chosen shape.
And Finally they are packed in blisters.
