Hey folks--please put some effort into correct pronunciations. All these kooky or incorrect accents should be a source of embarrassment. Lake Baikal is pronounced "bye-CALL." Others--CAUSE-auk-stan, turk-MEN-iss-stan and Az-err-bye-ZHAN.

There are no "folks" about it, the narration is done by Artificial Intelligence. It's all over YT, and it's just horrible. Absolutely horrible. I now give an automatic thumbs down to every video I encounter with AI narration.

Your list is incorrect. Lake Superior isn't even the deepest Lake in the US. It's the 4th deepest Lake in the US. 1. Crater Lake. 2. Lake Tahoe. 3. Lake Chelan. 4. Lake Superior 5. Lake Pend Oreille. So your research isn't very good. Next it is clear that this is narrated by an AI voice. The mispronounciations are really bad.

Sorry, automatic thumbs down for AI narration. Just horrible, and honestly disrespectful to your viewers. Hard pass.
