Bobby, I enjoy the health tips and recommendations, but I'm getting a little pissed that you continously exaggerate when you say that multiple source olive oil is FAKE. It would be appropriate to be accurate with your English. Multiple source olive oil is not single source pure, NOT fake. It's definitely your opinion that it is "fake". You are opening yourself up to lawsuits with this FAKE BS. If the bottle discloses the various locations of where the olives grew, then it's up to the consumer to choose. If the actual title of olive oil isn't correct by industry standards, then I agree. Please don't over-dramatize with FAKE, when it's NOT FAKE. You just don't approve, that's IT. Getting a bit angry listening to some of your BS.
@paulchannel8868

Well an easy solution is STOP listening.
@Paulguynj
8 ай бұрын
What he means is if the label states pure Italian olive oil on front of the label or is an Italian brand with the shape of Italy on the front - and on the back there's olives from places other than Italy then it's not truly Italian olive oil and he's making a valid point..That's all. If you're saying your oil is Italian oil on the label then there shouldn't be oil from anywhere else. That's how it would be fake. It's fake advertising. That's happened to me in the past where the label says pure Italian olive oil and on the back the oil is from 5 different countries. That's very misleading.
@1Nevina
8 ай бұрын
@Paulguynj Then I guess with all of his conviction against FAKE and a portion of the money he makes from all of us dipsticks, may be he'll lobby for us...We can call him Lobby Bobby to fight for better ingredients and accurate labels in America. This is his business, people. He makes money from our views and likes of his videos and promotions (sales) of his own brands. Yes, he shows us how fabulous he looks and what cleaner eating can do from his perspective, but we don't know 100% of his medical history on paper either. He also exercises a heck of a lot more than the average American and stays away from simple carbs. If we lowered our caloric intake and move ours butt, we would look and feel better, too. As I said, I appreciate what he teaches people, but his repetitive FAKE is a bit much. Instead of spending an entire minute or two drilling into our heads how fake things are and only just promoting better products (especially his), he could ALSO tell people how to get food labels to be accurate and to change what ingredients go into ALL of our foods. Tedious, yes. But if we all got together along with Lobby Bobby, and his friends and colleagues, eventually the government would have to enforce new regulations. But that's probably never going to happen. Bobby can't sell his PURE products like he does now if the labels changed accurately or if we had better ingredients. It's FAKE, FAKE, FAKE.

At 5:00 Bobby talks about two different dessert items that he approves, but they are not healthy for most people. Due to the fact that organic cassava is fructose free, it’s an excellent option for people who are fructose intolerant. HOWEVER, the sugar profile of organic cassava is 35% glucose [GI of 100], 35% maltose [GI of 105], and 30% complex carbohydrates.*Chocolate liquor has a HIGH GLYCEMIC INDEX of 80 which is quite high ALL Of these ingredients each have a HIGH GLYCEMIC INDEX which are not good for Diabetics, or the vast majority of Americans who are dealing with high glucose levels.* Tapioca starch has a HIGH GLYCEMIC INDEX. That means it can cause a quick spike in your insulin and blood sugar, and should be eaten in moderate amounts. Some popular tapioca items, such as tapioca pudding and boba tea, are often high in added sugars as well. Tapioca's high GI of 70 and medium GL of 12.6 make it somewhat risky for people trying to maintain stable blood sugar levels. Coconut sugar's average GI rating is around 50-54, essentially the same as white table sugar. As a general rule, you can substitute coconut sugar for white sugar, but it has the same number of calories and grams of carbs so it will affect blood sugars in the same way as white table sugar can. * People with diabetes can also benefit from diets that allow up to 26% of their daily calories to come from carbs. For people who eat 2,000-2,200 calories a day, this is equivalent to 130-143 grams of carbs. HOWEVER, since carbs raise blood sugar, LESS IS BETTER… reducing them to any extent can help you manage your blood sugar levels.

Love these videos! You should do one about organic natural mattresses.. so many people spend so much on organic foods and then sleep on their chemically-laced mattresses.. lol. I own a latex, cotton, and wool family owned mattress shop in Salt Lake City and would be thrilled to give you some neat info I think your viewers would love from 20 years of experience like how the most common used flame barriers are made of rat and roach poison and how fiberglass use is even in on rise. Sadly most memory foam beds in the past that many still sleep on are full of formaldehyde. Natural is crucial in food and in our mattresses but no one thinks of the latter! Keep up the great work and hit me up if interested

I’ve learned so much looking at your Chanel. I now read the labels on everything and compare ingredients. I said to my husband the other day in the store that is not Bobby approved. He is starting to look at the labels as well.

You don't want to consume oil that has been stored in plastic. Look up cooking oil, plastic and phthalates. This includes mayonnaise. Fats and plastic should not mix. Interesting that you talk about price per ounce for chips, but not for meat sticks. With those, you just show the price for the whole bag. I recommend looking at the price per ounce on jerky/meat sticks. On the subject of chips and oil, how about an explanation of why avocado oil is better than sunflower, safflower, and canola? My understanding is that neither is inherently superior, but it's the chemical solvent/extraction methods that cause inflammation in the body. You want UNREFINED oils, regardless of source to avoid these chemical solvents.

Love your shopping tips even though I’m a label reader, thanks much. You keep saying people are sick, wonder what they’re doing, eating. I’ve never been sick, no meds, no flu ever and I’m 50, ok that’s what people think I am, older!

The Kirkland brand green plastic bottle olive oil is garbage. Horrible tasting. I'm disappointed he's touting this olive oil.

I’m confused about “spices” on ingredient lists. I’ve read that “spices” and “herbs” are essentially the new natural flavor. Can you add any insight please Bobby?

I am sure most if not all Costco members want to eat heathy. Then Costco should only allow vendors with healthy products to be on the shelves/cases. This way saving time and decision and also feeling confident as to what you are getting.

Hard cheeses can be frozen, soft cheeses really can't. I mean, you can still eat them, but the texture can get weird.

I use the Italian EVOO every day with the Kirkland Balsamic Vinegar on my salad. Those Teton Beef Polish Sausages taste amazing in a Siete Almond Flour Tortilla. I will have to try the chicken breakfast sausage based on your recommendation. I buy a lot of stuff at Costco that I tried and loved because of your videos. Thanks.

I have had both the teton beef polish sausages and the jones farm organic chicken sausages and while the teton are good i think the chicken ones are awesome and the best.
