I was in COSTCO two days ago, and a fellow shopper suggested your app & videos... LOVING Bobby approved!!! AT about 11:50 you stated, "Gave me an ulcer". Ulcers are caused Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) bacteria or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Although coffee may not cause stomach ulcers, it can increase how much stomach acid you make. If you already have an ulcer, higher amounts of stomach acid can make your symptoms worse. At 5:00 Bobby talks about two different dessert items that he approves, but they are not healthy for most people. Due to the fact that organic cassava is fructose free, it’s an excellent option for people who are fructose intolerant. HOWEVER, the sugar profile of organic cassava is 35% glucose [GI of 100], 35% maltose [GI of 105], and 30% complex carbohydrates.*Chocolate liquor has a HIGH GLYCEMIC INDEX of 80 which is quite high ALL Of these ingredients each have a HIGH GLYCEMIC INDEX which are not good for Diabetics, or the vast majority of Americans who are dealing with high glucose levels.* Tapioca starch has a HIGH GLYCEMIC INDEX. That means it can cause a quick spike in your insulin and blood sugar, and should be eaten in moderate amounts. Some popular tapioca items, such as tapioca pudding and boba tea, are often high in added sugars as well. Tapioca's high GI of 70 and medium GL of 12.6 make it somewhat risky for people trying to maintain stable blood sugar levels. Coconut sugar's average GI rating is around 50-54, essentially the same as white table sugar. As a general rule, you can substitute coconut sugar for white sugar, but it has the same number of calories and grams of carbs so it will affect blood sugars in the same way as white table sugar can. * People with diabetes can also benefit from diets that allow up to 26% of their daily calories to come from carbs. For people who eat 2,000-2,200 calories a day, this is equivalent to 130-143 grams of carbs. HOWEVER, since carbs raise blood sugar, LESS IS BETTER… reducing them to any extent can help you manage your blood sugar levels.

I own a latex, cotton, and wool family owned mattress shop in Salt Lake City and would be thrilled to give you some neat info I think your viewers would love from 20 years of experience like how the most common used flame barriers are made of rat and roach poison and how fiberglass use is even in on rise. I go to Costco at least once a week. I follow Bobby's videos and purchase a lot of the items he spot lights. The only thing I have a problem with is that some of the stuff has a high sodium percentage. If you have high blood pressure and or heart issue this is a huge deal. Being able to recognize the sodium levels in a item determines if I will purchase it. Anything over %10 sodium is to high. I always look for %5 or lower. That might sound constraining but I know what happens if I eat something that has a high sodium level. I was on the verge of getting a pacemaker. I was in the ER and my cardiologist happened to be on duty in another building and sent his coworker over and they scheduled me for the surgery. I thought about it and asked if we can slow down and think about this. We agreed I would monitor my heart rate and determine what is triggering these (AFib) Atrial fibrillation and heart racing to 140 BPM and it was simply diet and scheduling my meals better. After that I was able to control this issue. But, if I eat something high in sodium like some BBQ ribs it will be a tough several hours getting my heart rate down.

You need to increase your potassium

Yes…more potassium! Sea salt is good for us…lots of essential minerals. Most doctors either don’t know or just don’t tell patients that the real problem is an electrolyte imbalance.

@@allison471 yeah, my potassium levels are good...I work with an endocrinologist and cardiologist to make sure I am getting the proper amount of everything. I only have to increase my magnesium because of a medication I take but thanks for the input..lol...I eat alot of bananas..

We had a similar situation and contacted the manufacturer. They said it happens when the jar gets too cold and recommended storing it in the refrigerator door.

Sams Club is much cheaper on some of the same items. Since Covid, Costco prices have went up exponentially 😢. I’ve had no choice but to shop at Sam’s.
