Great info! In my opinion it's best to eat these veggies raw. I'll use them in smoothies or juices. You'll reap the full benefits that way.

I go to a neuropathy specialist. He's put me on a treatment for 4 weeks and I felt it working on the fourth week. Then he started me on another treatment. Which has help me to sleep because I wasn't getting but two hours of sleep a day. So when I got this second treatment that made a huge difference in my life. I was able to sleep a longer time which means I was able to get up on my feet for a few hours. Also, the doctor tested me to see if it was neuropathy and it was from head to toe.

I have been eating chia seeds, avocadoes, flaxseed. Kefir, ginger, sauerkraut, turmeric, oatmeal and some other supposedly good foods for about a year and a half. I don't think they have helped the neuropathy in my feet at all. Actually I don't think all the good foods I eat on a daily basis has made any difference in my overall health at all.

I suggest you listen to some other narrators, such as Paul Harvey, Earl Nightingale, etc. Not these would be voice actors and ego freaks imitation DJs.... Your delivery reminds me of middle school when a boy would be called on to read out loud. Singy songy odd pacing and that up you add at the end of some sentences sounds like school kid. Relaxed straight across delivery would produce a much better piece. By the way I spent 45 years programming radio and training announcers (DJs &news people). I'm not not just commenting. I didn't subscribe, good luck. PS You'll still have followers, just not as many nor from diverse groups.✌️
