Great video. I like how you stress bio mechanics / body physics. Why waste motion, time or energy when you can maximize force production and exercise quality with science (and common sense)? Keep it up

How about doing the hammer curl equally as the first bicep curl. Would that work too?

Informative video - thank you. Should the elbow be fully extended in the bottom position (some even recommend flexing the triceps in the bottom of a curl) and thus biceps relaxed for a split second, or should we keep constant tension (i.e. not relaxing the biceps) by never fully extending the elbow?
@HypertrophyCoach

If the preacher has a steep angle, locking out at the bottom should be fine. If it doesn’t feel good there, you don’t have to. And I don’t see the value of actively flexing the triceps

Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him. John 3:36 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23 Jesus Christ is the only way, seek Him while He may be found, before it’s too late, tomorrow is never promised….

As someone with Sh*t arm genetics single arm DB preacher curl is the only biceps exercise that i sticked with over the years. Lately i have discovered Hammer curls with an arm blaster which i like very much, arm blaster gives me the needed stability in the elbow which allows me to do them strictly as possible without any momentum.
