Awesome video! I was taught by two different people and eras of idea! First person taught me was an old school Marine who did a weaver but with the rear foot planted 90 degrees outwards…really old style. Then I was later taught by former Blackwater personnel who did the weaver as shown in your video but trained me to keep both eyes open while aiming, etc. Really interesting to see and learn such different details!

When I was in the Navy, I was also told to keep my eyes open as well because you eliminate your perception and peripheral vision when one eye is shut which creates blindspots

There are differences. If you want to know what Jack Weaver used, there are photos of his competitions. If you want to know what Jeff Cooper taught as a Weaver Stance, look at his videos. The FBI taught some sort of Weaver Stance where the support bicep is against the torso. All claim that was the Weaver Stance. Also, the Isosceles isn't arms extended all the way. The arms are pulled in a little and the elbows outward.

Exactly. And the resting stance is elbows and firearm tucked in the pocket where your sternum and stomach meet.

I never assume my feet will stay in place while shooting, that I must be ready to move, courtesy my USNavy dad's teachings. Shift with every target to maximizze your balance on both the vertical and horizontal axes.
