Wow, I have seen many DIYers make tools, and tables for their tools, but up to now you have made the best, well thought out, practical ones…… really really nice job

I like your design. I made something similar using a different design a few years back. Your title assumes “no one” has ever done this before. That’s fairly assumptive. Very few things have never been done before. “There is nothing new under the sun” 👍

For some folks it makes more sense to buy something, for others, including me, it is better to make it. It’s great you took the time to show what you did but please be more careful when freehand routing on the router table. Use a fence or at least a pivot pin, you’re just asking for kickback, especially with the large cuts you’re making.

So akin to buying a truck… if I could keep my F250 but have a Cummins or Cat engine, a GMC Allison Chalmers transmission etc. you can take all of the good parts of other ideas and incorporate them into your own. 👍

@@koii55 its youtube algorithm and apparently shitty titles like that are very popular. There is even a webpage (i forgot the name) but it suddgests what title to put so your video gets more views. Its stupid ,its idiotic but by using clickbait thumbnails and stupid titles like this you get more views. After trending is done you can put title :how to build a folding router table and get more views in a long run. Lets face it he needs to put this title because out of 1M views 1% of people will actually even try to build it,rest of it watch it because they are bored and with clickbait titles and colorfull thumbnails you get more views from goldfish memory people.SAD BUT TRUE,welcome to youtube.
