As a kid back in the 60's on family vacations driving through Yosemite, and Yellowstone parks, there were plenty of black bears roaming around. Numerous times we stopped on the side of the road because the bears would congregate there being attracted to the humans giving out food. There would be 20/40 cars parked either just watching the bears, or feeding them through the windows as me and my brothers were. One memory was an actually scary one, but being 7 years old my brain was telling me it was a cartoon. This couple just across from us got out of the car, and were soon chased by a big black bear. They were running around the car just as you would in a cartoon, and I was laughing. They managed to get back in the car, all was well, and the live cartoon was over. It could have been dangerous for them obviously as the bear doesn't know his strength even though he/she just wanted to have some fun, and wasn't in attack mode. While this was going on I was feeding a bear angel food cookies out my window, and my brothers were feeding another bear out the other window, and there was another bear on the front hood of the car, it was quite a scene, and that was the only scary part for me, the bear on the hood could have come right through the windshield if he/she had wanted to. 😁👍✌

#1 where the woman sued because there were not enough warning signs reminded me of the woman who sued a company because she ordered a hot cup of coffee, and she spilt it on her and was burned claimed the company was negligent in not warning her of how hot the coffee was. Both women were just beyond stupid.

If you're talking about the woman who sued McDonalds, You should actually read up on it before calling the woman stupid, she was left permanently disfigured and was crippled for 2 years because of how hot the coffee was, it melted the skin on her legs. @@sandrataylor2323 Yeah people expect coffee that's hot enough to maybe slightly burn the inside of their mouths, not coffee hot enough to melt your skin off and take away the use of your legs for 2 years, there's a very big difference in the two, there's also the fact that she was sat in a parked car and was burned because she tried to take the lid off to add milk, it's not as if she was throwing the coffee around.

That first story, I don't know what possess the woman to jump out the car. She would had to deal with the sickness until they were away from tigers. And the fact that she had the audacity to sue, I mean it's common sense. I don't trust driving my car through that, just because I would wonder if my car would stall or something along the way. The second story had my leg hurting. And I don't know why the man went back working after that. The last story, I don't care how experience you are, I would not have taken that chance with the storm. Unfortunately, people live in, and are increasingly encroaching habitats of all wildlife and tigers are high on the list for endangered animals. Educating people about wildlife is the best way to prevent attacks (or defenses on the animals part) and having zoos and such are the #1 way to grab peoples attention for learning. Wild animals should stay wild, zoo animals should still be born and raised in zoos (almost all zoo animals are several generations in breeding groups, and "wild" animals are almost never caught for any self respecting zoo. ) Having people get more and more ignorant is never the answer.
