These cafes are really cool. Love how they have it for the kids cuz of the air quality. And they look pretty clean and educational in many ways, so that's a plus. Glad the girls can enjoy time like this. Keep having fun and sharing these cool things with us. God bless yours and you, Marie! :)

Your such an awesome KZitemr! I love watching and living vicariously through you as you travel Asia w your family. The air quality in the Bay Area right now is pretty bad w fires all around. the worst I’ve ever seen it. High temps and COVID restrictions , face masks etc Its challenging to find things to do w my 2 girls similar in age to yours, this summer. It’s interesting to see how communities in other areas adapt and overcome obstacles in such innovative ways and they become the norm. I hope we learn form others and adapt that thinking here too.

Aww thank you so much!! Glad you are enjoying these videos. Sorry to hear that you are having fires and bad air. We are not visiting any of the play areas due to COVID, but there also seems to be less pollution than last year (maybe also bc of COVID). Hope you can find some fun things to do for the kids indoors ❤️❤️

Thanks so much. With two boys (5 & 10 years) this is exactly the info I needed as we head to Korea in the depths of a January winter.

Which would you recommend most for my boys? I’m thinking the one at Hangang Park and the second one (iPark?)?

Next to the ipark mall one, there's an art studio and a virtual reality center which they may enjoy. oh and also a space for art exhibitions which change from time to time... usually involving pop culture.

Thanks so much. Yes, I think the iPark mall too. We’ve done a few trips to Seoul in Dec but this will be the first time we’ve visited in Jan. Thanks for the heat tech tip (from Uniqlo?) I’ve already started to stock up. Do you know if Uniqlo in Korea sell the ULTRA Heat Tech for kids? They only do it in the adult range in Australia. I’ve spent the weekend binge watching your korean clips. They are great. Your girls are gorgeous. I laughed at your comment re the shock of going from one child to two. I know that feeling so well. No one warns you!!!!

Thanks so much for these!! We’ll be in Seoul for another week and your video uploaded just in time!!! I was feeling so overwhelmed that some days we didn’t even leave the hotel 😭 I will try to hit all of these this week. Thanks again!!!

Lol! Aww It's ok... some days are like that! I bet you are jet lagged too. In addition to these places you may want to try the National Museum of Korea - that's where i take my kids whenever we have a rainy day and are getting cabin fever. It's free. Also the area surrounding the museum is a large park called Yongsan Family Park (it's kind of like Central Park in NYC but nicer) with a playground. The National Hangul Museum, also located on the complex has a Children's museum on the 3rd floor, and this is also free. Subway is Ichon station and you exit straight onto the grounds of the park.

Your video was so helpful! My husband and I are taking our one year old son to Seoul. Would you recommend PIM or any of the kid cafes for a kid his age? Or are they more suited for older kids? Thanks!

Probably lilliput is best for a one year old. You could still go to PIM but I think it’s meant for kids a little older.

Thank you a lot for this video. I think I will try the first one if I have enough time when I ll be in Seoul with my toddler. Do you think he will be tall enough to enjoy the ball pool ? He ll be 1 year and a half but he’s already 85cm.

Great video, Marie! These places are really cute (but as you mentioned, they come with a not so cute price tag....yikes). I know it may be boring for most people but I would love if you could talk a little about the air quality in S. Korea in one of your videos, why it gets so bad there & what kind of weather makes it better or worse. The girls are always so sweet & growing fast every day!!!
@MariesKawaiiWorld

Thank you Kerry! Yes the price tag is not cute at all. Lol! It’s a good thing my kids can entertain themselves at home 😉. That’s a good idea to make a video about the air quality. I’m not sure why it’s so bad.. some people say it comes from China but also Korea contributes to it and maybe the location? I’ll have to do some investigation.
