Hello from London dear Johanna & Simba 😃 It is always such a delight to catch up with your gardening channel & tips ! I love the instant calming effect of the background music that allows us to pause for a moment as we would do with a dear Friend over a cup of tea. I will also attempt to grow Nicotiana this summer as I would love to introduce evening scent to the garden along with Night Phlox. My very first Sweet Peas are starting to climb up their support and it will be the first time I get to enjoy their scent ! Enjoy the beautiful month of May and looking forward to your next video 😃💚

I love the way they use Nastersians at Giverny, and Zinnia is a favorite of mine!

Do you always uproot the tulip bulbs? I thought they would rebloom every year and multiply but mine don’t. I have to plant them every year so I figure maybe we should remove them?

It depends on the type of tulips you plant. The species tulips always return and multiply. Some of the old-fashioned ones come back. I'll be trying La Belle Epoque this autumn as it has a good rep for reblooming. I have some that are 12 years old and some that bloom the once. There are a few good videos on the varieties that return. Good luck!

Do you have any tips on how to handle the pests like Japanese beetles and earwigs that turn my zinnia leaves into a lacy skeleton ?

Hi 👋 none sorry, I don’t normally have massive issues and try to avoid spraying as much as possible as I have cats whom love to hide under plants & nibble on grasses :/
