I mostly don’t, but there are a couple of exceptions I knowingly make for my own convenience. Mayo being one of them. I just hate the flavor of avocado oil mayo and I don’t use enough to bother making my own all the time. And I figure the small amounts are negligible enough that I just turn a blind eye 😂. I also have a commercial Italian salad dressing I use when I’m lazy (I do usually make my own) but the first oil ingredient is olive followed by the dreaded canola and then EVOO, so it’s not good, but I can live with it. Everything else is pretty clean and it’s only 1g carbs for 2 oz (2 Tblsp). I am thankful to my mother that most of these are things I NEVER ate anyway, so I never missed them. Most are things I have literally never even tasted in my 65 years. Then again, I did have a fondness for Stove Top and frozen pizza that I developed after leaving my mom’s house all those years ago and had to shake! 😂
I actually cleaned out my kitchen and stocked it full of “ clean foods” ! My son is vegetarian so I decided to go vegetarian also! Believe it or not I’ve been cooking excellent meals ! I’m trying to get healthy . Even started drinking collagen that’s for vegetarians . All I can do is hope to have better lab results next checkup. I hate the idea of taking medications!

Big fan but, and I’ve only made it seven or so minutes into this video yet so forgive me, but I’ve routinely wondered what demographic these videos are for. Looking at two of your recommendations for cereal and mayo, to “upgrade” just those alone would increase one’s grocery bill by 10$. Big fan of the channel but I have always wondered just exactly what the target demographic is, as the communities that are at highest risk for this type of stuff frankly can’t afford to double or triple a bill. Hope this makes sense.

Just about every processed food even the oatmeal he was touting earlier in the video. Grains are so bad for you turn into sugar instantly and processed food leads to diabetes, fatty liver, heart disease, and Alzheimer's just to name a few. Eat fresh vegetables, and real food. Nuts are great and if your not vegan you can eat wild caught salmon and grass fed beef if your vegan it is a harder journey for total nutrition but their are a lot of options. If something has a label it usually is bad.
