Excellent, but the cacao drink is missing for boosting the stem cell concentration . And based on recent study it is the best. But be careful of selecting a cacao powder which originated from a bassin (like ivory coast) not from a volcanic basement due to the high concentration of some metal and oxalate.

The question of course is: "really??" Please start using your brain, intelligence (not intellect, that's something else) and logic. *Fasting* makes much more sense. Evolution didn't have green tea, cocoa or broccoli, avocado, resveratrol, beets or whatever we these days think are super-thingies. What DID exist when we were hominids, was lack of food occasionally (loads of lacking food!) and we needed a boost to get through it and hunt some meat. Our body made itself up for survival and get into the best possible shape. Repair systems started and the body used all damaged and inactive cells to create new healthy cells, including stem cells. Give this a thought or two. So, forget all the nice make-beliefs and do your own research on the benefits of fasting. Cheers!
