Interesting - don’t the leaves on the berry contain a *very* mild poison? I would worry the whole leaf system does. It’s quite low so maybe not harmful but that’s what I’ve read
@t.l.
Жыл бұрын
@@bradf.9365 no, you're wrong. They contain caffeic acid which could help with arthritis, vitamin C, calcium, and iron. They also contain tannins which help with digestion. The only danger is a possible allergy, just like with the fruits themselves. But there is no poison in the leaves.

Fyi, a pentagram has nothing to do with Satanism. It's a symbol that means protection and being connected to and in balance with the five elements earth, water, fire, air and spirit. Similar to the upside down cross, the cross of Saint Peter, the Pentagram was used by mainstream media as a lazy way to make horror movies scary.

Sometimes the inverted figure of the pentagram, with two points facing upward and one facing down, is associated with negative or “black” magic and devil worship. The inverted pentagram is broadly used in Satanism, sometimes depicted with the goat's head of Baphomet, as popularized by the Church of Satan since 1968. Other depictions of the Satanic goat's head resemble the pentagram lacking explicit outlines. Or it's Wiccan... We don't live in a world where it's considered protection anymore.. I don't think... This dude will have to answer the question as to what it means to him personally. He clearly wanted his audience to see it as a direct focal point for this piece. It's the 1st time I've seen him do that. Maybe he'll speak to what it means... maybe not. God Bless Us All 🤍🕯🕊

I just finished pulling up the potatoes, I was also taking the chance to pull up grass that was growing in the back of the bed. I had a pair or shears with me so I was cutting the roots off to go to the sandy soil and cutting the grass blades to mix in with the dirt soil to decompose before putting a layer of aging horse manure on top that's heavy on the hay to help replenish some nutrients, I'll be spreading the manure when I plant in that spot and treat it as mulch.
