Does any of these help?! What should I do? I’m a guy and would really appreciate the help. There’s not guys out here that have videos on here about this so I’m trying to get the best advice possible. I’m hoping you can help!! Thank you.

Hello! You’ve come to the right place lol I’m happy to help you! If you are transitioning from damaged hair these products would be great for you! When I lost my curl pattern what I did was trim my hair every 3 months, the curl training method helps while deep conditioning ( you can find me doing it in my blonde curly hair routine video, it helps your curls remember how they form) & don’t use any heat! Also using a diffuser on medium cool can help your curls really form.

Even us natural blondes need a lot of protein because our hair is very fine and natural blonde hair doesn’t even have a medulla within the cortex that darker hair colors have so our hair has less internal structure and is naturally more porous even if it’s virgin hair
@curly.glorii

I have super high porosity damaged 3A curls and one of my favorite deep conditioners is the Hask Keratin mask that you can buy at Target for like $2. I’ve used everything she mentions and the Hask still beats them all as far as protein treatments mainly because the masks she mentions can seriously weigh my hair down. The proteins are pretty high up on the list of ingredients so that said it offers a pretty high dose of protein for the hair ♥️

Using the masks once a week how long would it normally take for your hair to break out of that moisture overload state? I’ve been natural for 4 years and I never use heat but my curls are a bit limp and I tried aphogee a couple times but it didn’t really help much

My hair used to be straight until a couple years ago, and then it became really curly. 3 years after it being curly, it’s going back to straight, maybe a little wavy. The bottom layer of my hair is stick straight, and so is the back. The back of my hair has always been straight with thick curls in the front. Do you think it’s possible for curly hair to go back to straight due to hormonal changes? Idk, my hair is the only thing I like about myself 🥲
@vincentrodriguez342

I am extremely late to this and you probably already found out whats wrong but, yes your hair texture can change due to to hormonol changes or simply just aging, it's rare when it comes to aging but it mainly happens cause of hormonal changes

@@desharaboone8980 Tbh I think lots of hair products include ingredients such as that, that will dry hair out. I think it really depends on how you use it, and if it works for your hair. What do you say to those with high porosity hair? I think that one should make sure they use products with humectant ingredients, as well in their routine. And yes, I believe most Shea Moisture products have a very heavy/waxy feeling. I feel like it tends to cause a lot of build up, but as long as you deep cleanse enough it should be fine. I think it just depends on who you are, how you use it, and if it works for your hair. But I’m not 100% sure lol. Thank you for informing me, either way. Anyways, do you happen to know any curly hair brands/products that you would recommend? Because personally, my hair does not take well to Shea Moisture products. I’ve heard that Not Your Mother’s and Bounce Curl are good, but neither of those are available in my country :( Specifically, I am looking for good protein treatments and a lightweight hair gel atm. It’s all pretty confusing since there are so many varying opinions haha. I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
