I LOVE THIS!!! I happened across your channel as I was looking for some video reinforcement for the Hebrew A class I am currently taking ( 3 classes left of a 30 class semester!). I am so happy I found it. You break things down logically, and especially well visually too-- it really helps to organize the concepts and make them easier to commit to memory. Thank you, sir! Shalom!!

Dear Sir, I love the way you explain. I come from a multi-lingual family (when I was kid I was fluent in 4 languages, expanded to 6 today), and I managed (somehow) to learn Russian - which I did forget, having absolutely nobody to talk to). But I didn't forget the alphabet, I can still read Russian, and guess some 40-50% of that. I decided a few years back that I want to learn Hebrew - I am a "failed" artist, and I was always fascinated by the beauty of the writing. If I may - I would recommend that all the lessons have a number = as in Lesson 1, 2 and so on. It is quite hard to figure out a way to set them in order. Regardless if you'll add those numbers before the videos, thank you!
@Tim McNinch Greetings from the prophesied Savior, Jesus AntiChristos! I have some remarks. I appreciate your impressive efforts and amazing skills during this video production, but my strong advice is to mix the background music in much more silent level. Now the music background is too loud in relation to your voice narration and when you added that tennis action then your message is more difficult to perceive and understand. Thank you for your interesting materials and good luck!

@Tim McNinch . You mentioned that it is worth to learn "biblical languages" because it might help understand the Bible 'worse' or 'better'. When I started to read the Bible in "original languages" then I realised that many very important sentences and expressions in the Bible are almost totally misunderstood even by those who CAN read and understand the "original biblical" languages like Hebrew or Koine Greek. Those people, who wanted to use the Bible to manipulate other people, just "set the narration" and created false prejudice and pre-misconceptions, that keep distorting thinking and understanding of those who read the Bible, no matter what language the text is. So the end result is that VERY MANY people read the text of the Bible, see for themselves that something else is written in the text, but they STILL believe, that what they see and read means something else-what the "Church tradition" brainwashed them to believe. Of course it is better to read the text in "original version", because those many translations are sometimes so bad, that they create false understanding of the core message of the text. ++ Jesus AntiChristos, The Holy Savior44 (The Son Of Man)

Agree with it all. However, it is interesting to discover that there are those who believe that the KJV is inspired version and supersedes the original Hebrew. Just one of the curiosities related to the Bible

You are such a blessed man!!!!!!! You are a Jew. 🤗 Adonai Eloheinu, your God is , exists, has a voice and a will. He is such a marvellous Father! His Cosmic River of LIGHT is all LOVE! I asked Him if that LIGHT is Jesus. But He didn't talk to me (again, as He did when I was just 7 y.o., when I got frighten and I rejected Him/His voice). He showed me who I am, instead: a half shell of an empty walnut, and HE was pouring all His Cosmic LIGHT/LOVE into me, a tiny soil-brown half shell... Later, much later He took me step by step to His people, the Jews. In the Name of His Son, Yeshua ha'Mashiach, we are all blessed! I love you!

This video is targeted at seminary students. But there are many other reasons to learn Hebrew (ancient and modern) that don’t require religious commitments! The simplest is that it is just a beautiful language-fun to read and speak!

Ya, it would be nice to get in touch with people who are interested in Hebrew and help each other. It's useless to learn the bible and never put it in practice. God is interested in action not in words.

Correction - intention is what god is interested in. Whilst we are on the subject of god, our interpretation of right and wrong is societal based which means that right and wrong subjectively and objectively (in the case of the community that you’re in) can be two different things completely. The problem with religion is that we do not think but therefore follow (faith) without looking at the spiritual impact this has on us with both combined and separated.

Julian Yager People's god can be subjective to the culture until that god meets the real GOD, then the truth comes to the surface. Everything is relative until is compared with the absolute. People use faith every day even without knowing it. Driving a car requires faith, hopefully it's well built and not going to fall apart on you at high speed. Using an elevator requires faith, hopefully it's well designed with safety to prevent falling to the ground. If you are sceptical about real GOD, it's ok, all you have to do is ask. Go ahead, ask the real GOD to reveal himself to you and settle the matter once and for all. Many sceptics got their answer. It's all about free will , the real GOD wants a relationship with you and it's not by force, you have the option to accept or reject the relationship. It's all up to you. Eternal life is available only if you want it, it's a free gift from GOD. That's why all glory belongs to GOD.

Ok but for those who believe the holy books were literally written by God Id really like to know…why wouldn’t God write plainly? In simple to understand and translate terms? Why speak in code? I know why humans would speak in code but i can’t understand why a God would. Its inefficient.

I believe all languages are coded. The fact that we are not able to in speak all languages is evident. I'm trying to learn Hebrew and it's just profoundly fascinating. The Alphabet and numerical values are the same!
