Hi, look. Is it normal to have no sperm out after prostate surgery? Like, to not be able to get woman pregnant.
@AlineaPerformance
8 ай бұрын
That is correct. Following a prostatectomy, you cannot ejaculate semen. This is because the prostate is responsible for producing semen which is the fluid that carries sperm. And sometimes the seminal vesicles are also removed leaving no pathway for the sperm to be ejaculated.

Hey Stephen, thanks for reaching out. Your story isn’t all that different from a lot of men I speak with. You mentioned that you can achieve an erection once a week to keep the muscles working, but do you ever use a penis pump? Also you mentioned that you still leak and are using 2 pads a day… are you doing kegel exercises to help? I know you asked specifically about kegel chair machines, but in my experience they just take your money and don’t actually provide the solution you are looking for.

@@stephenhuvane707 the one, I have seen the best success with and typically recommend when people ask is amzn.to/3EkDc7t General recommendations and I'm not saying this is specific to you, but generally, we recommend 120 kegels per day with 60 being long endurance holds and 60 being quick flicks. essentially, it looks like you do a set of 10 kegels and hold for 10 seconds each, then follow that up with 10 quick flicks. Then repeat that every 2 hours or so for a total of 6 times daily. I've had great success with that in my practice.

These 'experts' appear to have all the answers, so tell me what I can do, EXPERTS! July 2020 I had radical prostatectomy surgery. Normally this takes between two and two half hours, correct me if I'm wrong, please. Mine was FIVE HOURS or thereabouts. Why you ask. Well it's like this.The surgeon "SPLIT my large bowell in the process" . Great job yeah!! NO! This required a SECOND surgeons presence to 'fix' the first error and I finished up with a "STOMA" with all the associated requirements for a period of FOUR months. That was reversed, successfully I might add. Since then I've not had ANY normalcy at all, none, nothing. Tablets do not work (tried them all), nothing. So all you so-called experts what can I do?????.

Hey there and sorry to hear about your experience. As for getting an erection post surgery there are a couple housekeeping things to note first. 1. Was it nerve sparing? If no, then will need external support; however most surgeries today are nerve sparing. 2. If nerve sparing then next stepping stone is COMPLETE continence. This means during activities, bending over, coughing, etc 3. If the first two are satisfied then time is a huge factor for nerve healing. Generally nerves take a year and up to 2. Weeks see most results around 6 months post. 4. Blood flow is the name of the game when it comes to erections. At first you can force it with a pump until they occur naturally. Other treatments such as shockwave are great for improving blood flow as well and how we’ve seen best results. Ultimately it’s a process. And most men have to go in order of above. So see which step you’re at and continue from there. Everyone is different of course but these are the steps we’ve seen best results with.
