Try to lift heavy if possible but not too heavy . If you can do 8 to 12 reps and sets of 3 or 4 . Try with heavier weights . Heavy weights and slow reps will give you maximum gains. Keep protein intake up and rest 7 hours minimum and repeat process . Once bulky do lighter weights and fast reps to get cut and ripped .

For muscle growth, total number of working sets for a muscle should be 10 to 20 sets per week For eg. To grow my chest muscles, merko week me 10 sets karne honge (slowly slowly me sets increase kat sakta hu 20 sets tak) In sets ko main ek hi din kar sakta hu ya week me 2 days - 5 sets one day and 5 sets next day.
