I swear the humming trick has really really worked well for me. For years I’ve been complaining to my primary doc about heart palpitations and she didn’t know what caused them. Neither did a cardiologist. It was my nervous system all this time and learning to call my vagus nerve has been the best solution. Chronic anxiety is a beast! Thank you.

Thank you so much for this video!!! I believe the vagus nerve is the key to many physical, mental/mood, and skin disorders. Especially mystery chronic illnesses that many of us have. I have found links back to it and high histamine (which it regulates if healthy as it is also a neurotransmitter) repeatedly from almost every major chronic condition I have researched including parkinson's, schizophrenia, and insulin resistance. Also skin conditions like keratosis pilaris, folliculitis, and ezcema. And of course, anxiety, depression, ocd, and ptsd. It is amazing what it can do and how fragile it is. Would love to see more and more videos about it! ❤️

@@JenaBullis-d7d I saw a video on a different channel. And they gave the same directions but a bit cleaner. Inhale and hold your breath. Pretend to cough, without coughing. Then exhale. I guess it's a strong movement of the diaphragm. It takes a bit of practice to not exhale while.pretendijf to cough but it's doable.

Hey Doctor Arianne, my girlfriend has long haul covid and we are both pretty certain it has affected her vagus nerve. After recovering from Covid two months ago, she now has pretty consistent symptoms of burping, swallowing issues, abdominal discomfort, off and on acid reflux, and heightened anxiety. She is being a trooper, but shes having a really difficult time (especially at night). Have you encountered anyone else whose vagus nerve has been affected like this due to covid? If so, do you have any good advice or treatments that have worked? Any feedback would be great. Thanks 🙏

I came into continuous AFib from a Covid Variant last year. There is a surgery procedure that ablates the outside of the heart some of the Vagus nerve which regulates heart rhythm with great success of stopping continuous AFib. I’m wondering if anyone has come out of AFib from Vagus nerve therapy’s? Also wondering if vertigo from the right ear can affect the Vagus? I learned the Vagus nerves from the right ear are the ones going to the heart. I can’t get into someone who works on the Vagus until late August in my area. Any help in finding someone in Northern California that does? Thanks!

The burping, acid Reflux, ... can be caused of to low stomach acid. For the production of stomach acid you need zinc and Vitamin B6. Bitter substances can also help. Also the Vagus nerv is important to stimulate the acid production and the digestion.

I recommend "1 MD Complete Probiotics" Because before I purchase any supplement at all, I read several independent reviews for the top quality rated one and this one came up in a few of them. I look for one that's clinically proven and without fillers and other bad things added to them. This one is formulated by a doctor and clinically proven with a 5 star rating. I'm not on the staff, lol, just a consumer looking for honest product and sharing my findings. Wishing you well.
