Added 5lb weights after a 2 day break because my thighs were on 10k!!! I FEEL MY HEART JUMPING and my lower abdomen hurt for a split second. I do the workout slower and more full, but it works. I'll do his say when I want quick cardio with less work

Hey Will How do you explain players who dribble with stutter steps and sharp feet. Is that something that instinctively happens? Or is it something that can be taught? Is it an advanced way of dribbling? A lot of players can do stepovers and skills, but Ronaldo has this unusual movement in his footwork that makes him extremely nimble. When I analyze his skill move highlights in slow motion ( also going frame by frame with the keys) he has this habitual movement in his footwork where he tends to stutter step while doing tricks and feints.This element to his dribbling also makes him difficult to lockdown. Much like how Messi does his body feint to exit left with the right leg stutter. Coutinho, who is another great example, explained that he tries to do skill moves as fast as possible. This ability seems to be something found in ALL GREAT DRIBBLERS. Would be great if you made a video about this.
