John best coach ever. So humble and chilled, just a fountain of knowledge. Thankfully will live on through his work

John was such a great person. My friend and I had the opportunity to meet him in person many years ago. John and CT Fletcher were two guys I met in the fitness industry that left a lasting impression on me. I still love watching these videos. Hopefully, his wife and family own the rights to this channel . RIP big guy.

I have a full tear in my right shoulder tendon. Couldn’t pick a glass up 2 1/2 years ago. I am currently 99% healed. No surgery. Lifting without ego also helps. Im probably in better shape than I was. I’m 59 years old and all things considered, in pretty good shape. It’s all in the mindset, the strongest component you can have. Cheers!🍷

How do you guys do your side lateral swing and side laterals with strict form, do you do them at the same day or do you alternate them between workouts? Its sad cause if John's still around, he'd answer my question directly. He's that cool and dedicated.
@santi-vp8tw

im not john obviously but one thing ive seen him recommend many times (also its included in some of his programs) is doing it in a superset kind of way, meaning you do your full range side laterals first and when you fail you immediately pick up a heavier weight and start doing partials. hope this helps!
