Losing belly fat in just 10 days is quite a rapid goal and it's important to approach it with realistic expectations. While spot reduction is not possible, incorporating a combination of targeted exercises along with a healthy diet and lifestyle can help reduce overall body fat, including belly fat. Here's a set of exercises that can be done at home to target the abdominal area:
1. *Crunches:*
Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head or across your chest. Engage your core muscles and lift your shoulders towards the ceiling using your abdominal muscles, then slowly lower back down.
2. *Russian Twists:*
Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet lifted off the ground, leaning back slightly to engage your core. Hold a weight or a water bottle with both hands and twist your torso from side to side, touching the weight to the floor beside you with each twist.
3. *Plank:*
Get into a plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body forming a straight line from head to heels. Hold this position, engaging your core and glutes, for as long as you can while maintaining good form.
4. *Leg Raises:*
Lie on your back with your legs straight and your arms by your sides. Lift your legs towards the ceiling, keeping them straight, until they form a 90-degree angle with your torso. Slowly lower them back down without letting them touch the ground.
5. *Bicycle Crunches:*
Lie on your back with your hands behind your head and your knees bent. Lift your shoulder blades off the ground and bring your right elbow towards your left knee while straightening your right leg. Then, switch sides, bringing your left elbow towards your right knee while straightening your left leg. Continue alternating sides in a pedaling motion.
6. *Mountain Climbers:*
Start in a plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders. Quickly alternate bringing your knees towards your chest, as if you're running in place, while keeping your core engaged and your hips level.
7. *High Knees:*
Stand in place and jog on the spot, bringing your knees up towards your chest as high as you can with each step. Pump your arms to increase intensity and engage your core.
Remember to perform each exercise with proper form and technique to maximize effectiveness and prevent injury. Additionally, combine these exercises with a healthy diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains, while reducing intake of processed foods, sugary drinks, and high-calorie snacks. Stay hydrated, get enough sleep, and manage stress levels to support your weight loss goals. While significant changes in body composition may take longer than 10 days, consistent effort over time can lead to noticeable improvements in belly fat reduction and overall fitness.

You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
