It doesn’t have to be sweet things, eating too much food at a time can make your blood sugar level go up. It’s good to eat small portions throughout the day, so that your blood sugar doesn’t spike. Pineapples also is the worst because it has too much sugar.
I check every week my blood sugar level. Avoid sugar, sweet fruit and fast food. Bread and glutanuous Rice have high glycemic rate. Plus I have to do activities like walking and swimming. Meditation every day. My glycemic level is now down to normal without medication. Im 77 grandma. Recommend everyone to check at home. When you have Diabete it is already too late. You can have your legs amputated or becoming blind. It costs your life, and more money than buying the check-up matériel so that you can see at home if change is needed in your lifestyle. You don't need a doctor. You can manage your own life to avoid this desease and high doctor's costs/hospitalisation. Please be good for your self. Please educate yourself. Diabete is a desease called "silent killer" It doesn't give you signs untill too late. But the good news is that you have the POWER to prevent the Diabete type 2 by good fooding and sportive activities. Good luck to you all. Thanks to Rick for the topic.
