Very jealous! That snap on box would be a nice restoration project or clear coat it with the patina. Maybe take the stickers off and add some old decals to make it more era appropriate. Also, those craftsman double box are nice in metric. I tend to only go for metric stuff these days. I have enough SAE and it’s not something I use at all these days. Good video!!

Yes! Degrease, remove stickers, maybe hit is with 1000 grit and then satin clear. I like the used look. I don't find nearly as many double box in metric. I have a 68 C-10 otherwise I wouldn't used SAE. Thanks for watching!

Those 6 drawer chests are fun as heck to restore

I like them with some patina, and I like them restored 😂 The drawers are so thin it could almost be a good machinist box.

Quality stuff! The MAC socket trays are great. And that Snap-on box is awesome, I love that style, and I would've paid triple the 30 bucks you did for it. I always enjoy your videos.

Thanks! Those old boxes are very well made. You can't hardly buy a new plastic toolbox for $30. Thanks for watching!

Nice haul! The Mac socket trays are awesome. I lost a few of those clear handled Snap on pocket screwdrivers early in my career. Got a cheap one and still have it after 25 years.🤣🤣

For $2 I couldn't leave them! I want to try and buff that screwdriver and see if it will clean up. I still have the "free" ones from the 90's. Thanks for watching!

I keep waiting to find one of those big SK 3/4 drive sets at a swap meet. Someone is selling a kit for $275 near me on Facebook marketplace.

A nice full set with ratchets and breaker bars are usually 300-500 unless you find someone who doesn't know what they have or just wants to get rid of them. Thanks for watching!

Not a bad idea. Honestly it is quite easy to post on KZitem if you wanted to try it. Just have to make sure to put "tool haul" in the title so the search can find it. Thanks again for watching!

If you're happy with the deal that's fine, but I sure wouldn't buy anything used for that much money.

I understand, can't always get garage sale prices. It is easy for me to spend a day shopping, hard for me to get out 2-3 times a week. It would take a lot of looking to find this much. So I guess I am paying a bit more to save time.
