Watched the whole thing as usual with an open mind but as Dr Rupy states he leans towards a vegetrian diet due to his origins and I do not. 10 items of fruit and veg per day? the 4 most popular veg in this country are white/sweet potato, carrots and peas - all high in carbs. the 4 most popular fruits are apples, oranges, grapes and bananas, all high in sugar so not really healthy in my opinion. I could go on but I think you get the gist. Enjoy the rest of your visit and keep up the good work.

How is just 'adding fruit' to a meal going to help? That's only more sugar Lugavere. People need to regulate calories not just add fruit
