@@aneshaelizabeth I have the J1 and now I want a J2. I do have to spend extra time chopping which you can skip a little more with the J2. Plus I’m seeing now that I enjoy bulk juicing. Just something to think about.

The welness culture paradox...you think that you're introducing in your body the healthiest thing ever, when this is not because of all that sugar...because, yes, at the end of the day it is still sugar, and it can create a response which is worse than a cookie...health is balance and it is more complex than eating bananas or zoodles all the time...

I would go into full blown diabetes if I drank all that juice. Better just eating a small amount of whole fruit. Still sugar tho

i dont like the way she cuts her fruits 😭 also the fibre is wasted, it is a bit concerning....its better to eat your fruit or make a smoothie..juicing is not entirely healthy, lots of sugars and wasted fibres
@LorraFae
2 жыл бұрын
Why is it a waste? She literally eats fibre all day long with smoothies and salads and everything else. Juice is delicious. Yeah sure the fibre is removed but unless you’re doing a short juice cleanse, having a juice every day or once in a while is no big deal. It’s full of nutrients!! Do you go around telling people not to drink pop or alcohol or literally anything other than water? A freshly made fruit or veggie juice is amazing for health and yummy!!
@khalidakhlaid7699

I have no doubt that these juices are delicious, but they definitely have way more sugar than needed. Not to mention that removing the fibre is another downside to consuming fruits like that. In fact, fruits, should be consumed in moderation due to their high sugar content. With all due respect Just wanted to express my opinion

Ditto! I enjoy juicing, only using organic blueberries, and Gut Renew powder! Drink 2 smoothies per day, and one plant balanced, and protein, I'm a pestararian most of the time, if consuming meat, I only eat organic grass fed meat!

use a blender instead, add some water so that it wont be thick, and drink ithe pulp too. I have stopped using a juicer for my fruit juices because i felt like it created so much food waste and most of the times i would run out of ideas about how to utilize the fruit pulp thrown outside the juicer.
@chelseet11

@@vernoningning I think she probably composts all the leftover pulp from juicing. But you’re right, for the rest of us without lush gardens, it’s just wasteful. Smoothies all the way!
