All the good MBA programs provide a solid foundation in business management concepts. You don't need to take a decision on the electives upfront. So don't get too stressed out about it at this stage. Other than specializations, you'll find other ways on campus to polish your entrepreneurship skills - like startup clubs, competitions and other resources.

From a longer term perspective, it's better to build platform-independent skills that aren't relevant to only a specific company. SAP skills may be in demand today. But who knows about tomorrow. The same way mainframe/DB2 skills went out of fashion with the entry of open systems, Informix/Sybase got gobbled up by Oracle, and you'll find many such examples. For that reason, we'd pick product management over SAP.
