The best way I learned the crossover is to drive hard in one direction with full intention of going that way and then changing direction after the first step. It's weird but it helped me to keep it one fluid motion.
@xan496

Belicose777 I've never thoght of doing it that way

Xan yeah dude sometimes all it takes is for it to click in your brain and then you just feel it. And you know when you do it correctly because it feels right. It's feels fluid and smooth. Doesn't matter what it takes or how you think about it at first. As long as you do it properly and do it enough that it's muscle memory and you don't have to think about it anymore. Before i thought of it that way I was doing EXACTLY what Devin was saying with shifting your hips outwards. I wasn't selling it at all. Felt awkward too.
@Blekkkkkkkkk
7 жыл бұрын
Belicose777 if you want right to left cross , just dribble the ball to the right, take a step with a little bit jump with your left leg forward then right leg, and cross it. 10/10 would get crossed, same way a shammgod works but with shamgod u take it with your left hand

An offensive player who doesn't bend their knees is an offensive player who is communicating a lack of commitment to their offense and a lack of confidence in their abilities. Continuing from yesterday, I hope you see the difference between someone who is at ease with the skill they are teaching and someone who isn't. It isn't enough to know what, you also have to know how in order to be able to teach it to fledgling athletes properly. As you can see Devin was able to point out to students individually why they were failing at pulling off the move he was teaching them. From bending their knees to leaning forward rather than exposing the ball like AI as though they've got AI's quickness or advantage of being a whole foot lower than the players they are taking off the dribble. Good ish Dev. Number 32 had the best hang of it.

They kinetic chain with the basketball is not tight due to the fact that players only shift like this in the Bay. I had the privilege to live and play street and college ball in San Francisco from 2011-2017 prior to joining the military and I'll never forget the mechanics I've learned from playing with guys who moved with the Ball as they crossed. KP, Dev, Trev, Leo, kiwi, Quell it's hard hard to teach players how to shift unless you get a chance to play in the Bay and pick up on it...

this is the best teaching of the ai crossover i've ever seen, hands down. waist bend, knee bend. like you're driving. I don't know if a lot of the guys got what he was saying with the last example. its a crossover (between the legs) into a shot fake bringing your hand to the ball. basically what jamal crawford has perfected.

“He was despised and rejected- a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief. We turned our backs on him and looked the other way. He was despised, and we did not care. Yet it was our weaknesses he carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God, a punishment for his own sins! But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed. All of us, like sheep, have strayed away. We have left God’s paths to follow our own. Yet the Lord laid on him the sins of us all. He was oppressed and treated harshly, yet he never said a word. He was led like a lamb to the slaughter. And as a sheep is silent before the shearers, he did not open his mouth. Unjustly condemned, he was led away. No one cared that he died without descendants, that his life was cut short in midstream. But he was struck down for the rebellion of my people. He had done no wrong and had never deceived anyone. But he was buried like a criminal; he was put in a rich man’s grave. But it was the Lord’s good plan to crush him and cause him grief. Yet when his life is made an offering for sin, he will have many descendants. He will enjoy a long life, and the Lord’s good plan will prosper in his hands. When he sees all that is accomplished by his anguish, he will be satisfied. And because of his experience, my righteous servant will make it possible for many to be counted righteous, for he will bear all their sins. I will give him the honors of a victorious soldier, because he exposed himself to death. He was counted among the rebels. He bore the sins of many and interceded for rebels.” Isaiah 53:3-12 NLT "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16 God loves you so much and showed that by sending His Son to die for us so that we may inherit eternal life. We deserve hell but He gave us heaven through faith in Jesus. He took the punishment we deserved and by putting our faith in Him we can be saved. The Key To Eternal Life: kzitem.info/news/bejne/1pCa3GGKrZt-npw For evidence for Christianity and answered questions, check out kzitem.info and kzitem.info because if Jesus really rose from the dead it is the most important fact ever!
