Step 1: Prompt AI with Initial Task I need your help trying to get around AI detection software when it comes to blog writing. Let me tell you more. I have a prompt that helps me create new content using AI software like ChatGPT. Once I get the output and I have the blog, I copy and paste it into an AI detection software. AI detectors (also called AI writing detectors or AI content detectors) are tools designed to detect when a text was partially or entirely generated by artificial intelligence (AI) tools such as ChatGPT. These tools give you a score where 0 is bad and looks like AI wrote it and 100 is good and human-generated. I need you to help me distinguish between what the AI detector deems as AI and human-written content. My goal is to create wording in the prompt that will help me get as close to human-written content by using AI. For this, I will provide you with two pieces of content. One got a score of "0" meaning it was clearly AI generated. and the other piece of content got a score of "100" meaning it looked like it was human written. I need you to scrupulously analyse each piece and explain the difference between the two pieces. Carefully observe the words used, the style and tone, sentence structure, complexity, perplexity and anything else you can pinpoint. My goal is to understand why one piece of content is deemed much more human than the other. here are the two piece of content: BLOG #1: The one deemed as AI written: [INSERT BLOG TEXT HERE] [end of blog #1] Now I'm going to give you blog #2. Do you understand? do not respond until I've given you the text to blog #2

Step 2: Insert Blog #2 BLOG #2: This one was deemed as human-written: [INSERT BLOG TEXT HERE]

Step 3 (if you’d like): Ask to create Prompt Can you please help craft the perfect prompt that would guide an AI software to create or even rewrite a robotic piece of content to make it sound more human? make the prompt as descriptive as possible so that the AI will understand exactly what is needed and what goal needs to be accomplished. Try and think what message is needed to turn blog #1 in the prompt before, into blog #2. include anything and everything to make sure the content, in the end is 100% human Please write in English language.

I typically fail AI detectors when I write the content vs. letting AI write it. These detectors are error prone.

No hate from me brother, that was an awesome session!! Google is getting way outta hand again, so we need to figure this stuff out! Appreciate your efforts in this! Here's the kicker with this crap... I have at least a couple of pages that the AI Detector claims are AI written, yet I wrote the entire things myself!! Google really needs to relax and get off their high-horse!!

I agree. The AI detectors now are pretty strict but there’s little information as to how AI content performs on search engines. I think as long as most of a blog is human written you’re fine. It’s quite a flawed science at this point so I wouldn’t worry too much about it 👍

Thanks for your effort. Smart Idea 💡I need to write a 2000 word essay on the topic of management and law. How can I achieve the same what you have done? 🤔 How would I know that this (test) article is truly human written?

The way I would go about it is creating your own unique outline. When an AI writes any piece of content, it will be fairly generic and so will the theme. I have a few other videos that discuss how to create unique content: generate an outline, explain the goal (in your case, possibly a thesis and conclusion statement), tone and style. Prompt the GPT to do a few sections at a time to get to your word count. Plug the piece into an AI detection tool, make the corrections (tell ChatGPT to change "this" and change "that". And always go in and edit. I think the issue with essays, is they generally all sound robotic, even if the idea and concept is original. I think as long as your premise and outline is original, it will go a long way

They’ll allow anything, they simply favour what they deem “human written” content. If AI is writing all your content, over time your website is doomed

Another awesome video from you. Thanks. I asked Bard yesterday if Google would penalize websites with AI generated articles, and it said Google had no problem with those provided they were well-written and didn't sound too robotic. So, do you think Google has really started to take action against those sites now? What I'm thinking is that if an article is well-written, informative and engaging, and sounds reasonably human, why would Google dislike that? I'm just wondering if you've seen any real signs that those sites with AI content are actually being demoted.

You’re 100% right. But in order to have a piece that is engaging with useful stats, you’ll need to edit an AI written piece. I’ve researched the quality of blogs from page 1 thru 5, and I’ve noticed the higher ranked have a solid human written score (will do a video on this). Google always takes action against bad content, it’s just a matter of time.

Mate, Love your work and how you share your prompts for us the test and give feedback. Thanks you so much. Observation: I have noticed that the AI detection tools are not that good at detecting human written language and label it as AI. Proof: I took content from a business website (whitepaper) which was written before AI tools were available (pre-2021) and the detector said it is likely to be written by AI. (Happy to provide the sources if needed) In conclusion: We should not forget the golden rule of role of a copy/text. It is there to tell a story & share an idea or persuade you to to an action. As you said: If your content is just words on a page... its just garbage. Side note: Where I am struggling is... When prompting for blog writing - The tone / style changes eventhough I use the same prompt, especially when I'm creating a malgomation of a blog article that tells the complete story (10k words) and I have to breakdown the content creating over multiple prompts to cover multiple subjects / topics on the same article. (Am I making any sense?)

Yea I know exactly what you mean. Technical pieces, service pages, studies, etc., tend to be more technical in writing, which the AI thinks is robotic. And if you've done original research, that's obviously not the case. In my case, I have several legal clients and that type of content is often flagged as AI written. I just don't think there's enough data on how Google treats these pieces of content and how it differentiates. I don't know the nature of your blog, but I do 2 things: 1) input section within the technical stuff that sound more conversational (but still fitting) and 2) add numbers and stats. Those two things tend to throw off AI detectors if done properly. The algorithms are still imperfect and I'm seeing changes every month. Not sure if I answered your concern, but I tried 🙃
