In our never ending quest to continue to improve our dice making process we've decided to eliminate the need to manually advance the bar stock between machining each die on our Tormachs. This allows us to fully automate our metal dice machining letting us focus on the hand grinding that comes later, as well as allowing for lights out machining.
Note we didn't get the whole process on video. But hopefully this will show you the major parts needed to tackle a project like this yourself.
