Tortillas Egg Muffin Cups Ep.22 - 8" Soft Tortilla cut into quarters, All items finely diced, Fully Cooked Smoked Turkey Sausage, Red Bell Pepper, Spinach, Cilantro, Spring Onion, Jalapenos, Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Mix, Canned diced tomatoes- Mexican Style, 1 Egg 1 Tsp. of Cream or Milk per Tortilla Cup slightly beaten. Pre Heat Oven 350F- Bake covered for 20 minutes, remove foil continue baking for 10 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes, use butter knife to loosen cups, use a soup spoon to remove the Tortilla Cups from muffin pan. Muffin Pan- 2'' Deep 3-1/2" across, grease pan with olive oil.
