Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make the best tostadas de frijoles de puerco, the beans are just perfect to enjoy with anything, but today I choose to top them on a tostada is just simply easy and the kids love them. Ingredients: 🛑 you can soak your beans overnight to soften them and to take less time to cook, I don’t mind waiting an hr for them to cook so I choose to skip this step!
1 lbs pinto beans
12 oz bacon
9 oz chorizo
1/2 onion
1 garlic clove
3 California or guajillo chile pods
Sliced jalapeños with 1/2 cup of juice
Queso fresco
Corn tortillas
Canola oil
Salt and black pepper
Optional: cabbage or lettuce with lime juice
More queso fresco
Crema
Salsa
