Today I have a Total Body Pilates Routine that will have your entire body on fire!!!!
You can do this Workout in the morning before starting your day or in the evening to free your mind after a day at work.
You only need a quiet space and your Pilates Mat.
We'll be working on the flexibility of the spine, on the legs, on the glutes.
Feel free to slow down or take a break whenever you need to - always listen to your body.
