I love the simplicity of your directions and normal tone of voice. You don't feel the need to constantly chatter and give way too elaborate explanations for every move, and you don't speak to us like we're in kinder garden. Thank you!

Thanks, Tim. This was wonderful. I continue to be grateful that you don't chatter through your practices. I find it so distracting on other channels. You keep the focus only on the movement and the breath, as it should be. You have a serene presence which is so calming and perfect for this kind of work. Blessings.

Tim, I really appreciate your teaching and I watch on nearly an everyday basis. Since I've been practicing with you, my body feels so much better, especially my ankles and feet, AMAZING. It has helped me be able to run longer distances and train harder for triathlons. Thanks Tim. Mike

This was a great routine. I wanted something a little low key, but still gave me the feeling of doing good for my body. Thanks for the video and providing such good insight!

Hi Tim, I started using a little support like bolsters or rolled towels depending upon the need for postures, and as you said earlier it really did stream lined the 'prana'.. I can feel the air flow in single line to and from stomach .. thank you

From a very beginner whobfai d at yoga before this is great! Thank you for saying "your left" (or right) and doing the opposite in the video so it mirrors my actions. That would always throw me off lol. Also great verbal instruction I hardly had to look up at the screen well done. Thanks

Could you do us a vlog on breathing - in particular during poses/flow. I tend to get this out of sync. Thanks for the stretches today, had skipped my practice so happy to catch-up with this short one.

hey so nice of you.. i mean the way you did it. it was great and you totally looked confident .... can you please make some more videos on legs stretching.... my thighs often feel restless and fatigue after long day work. I am a computer programmer and i am not that active type. My job makes me stick to a seat infront of a lappy. And keep it up. You truly are doing it in such a good way.... God bless you bro. i also wanna know what is the right posture to sleep and is there any exercise that a person can do after every one hour for 2-5 mins of duration to relax the nerves while working as to let the passion goes on..... Anyways..... good luck and thanx.

This was a very good video, but tell me Tim, would I need to do a warm up before doing this? Alternatively, would this be suitable to use as a warm up before doing a longer session, but skipping the relaxation section and doing it at the end instead?

I love your stretching videos, however you were taking it fast in this video you usually take your time breathing and changing between positions. But it is an older video so maybe thats why

OK. So I have started doing your yoga. How do you do this without squashing your junk? Because i'm twisting legs around into all these poses and my junk just keeps getting all tangled up in my crotch area.
