Hi Rosalie, thank you so much for this great workout! I just did it for the first time, so my arms feel like spaghetti as I type this, lol. I enjoyed all the different tricep exercises, especially using the dip bar. Very challenging workout, loved it!

I recently ordered the total gym titanium from TSC and anxiously awaiting its arrival. I have been watching your videos using the various total gym machines and looks like this will suit my needs well as I have knee issues which make traditional exercises difficult.
