Excellent. From all the YT videos I´ve collected on the technique of TI this one is very helpful. It is interesting how a lots of the TI vides come out of South Korea.

@@loyei333 Thanks coach, I just got back from the pool after 2km of concentrated body movement per your video. It was another breakthrough moment in my swimming technique. I like how learning TI always has something new to improve. The $500 I invested in the original 5 hours of personal TI training as paid off.

It's basically a 2-beat kick. If you don't think about it and just kick so that your body rotates, you'll get it.

@@loyei333 네, 그건 아는데요. 손과 같이 움직일 때는 어떤 지 궁금해서요. 이게 사람마다 말이 달라서..... 손 당기는 것과 발 차는 타이밍이 좀 헷갈립니다.
