he is good still waiting for him and Schon to do something, maybe Hagar at the wheel? maybe split the duties between 4, Lukather, Pacairo, Hagar and Paich.. hale why not Hagar will get themotu of that Afric mode and get em up to speed on some good heavy rock, Ithink they can do it, they have heavy elements then they drop and head back to Africa.. Ilive the song but it is what it is.. a slow ballad type popish song, its phenomenal no jokes but I am talking get together so they can all let it out one last time, I mean any ideas or unspent fuel you have in the tank burn it up, go for broke, watch the night go up in smoke... I dont get rockers, they are like I dunno, they recluse up when it should be a non stop round robin where all members move onto other bands, you never know what certain chemistry brings.. hale Petty got around some and look what he did, solois over rated cuz its typically rduced to showcasing one mans talent, FUGG THAT!!! supergroups is where it's at, they bring the best music.. generally, however we'll never really know will we cuz they all suck so bad at getting around and feeling it out, like they might catch some disease or something.. "oh no I'm allergic to hit fever, and money, no my fingers get tired from counting it" here's a fujigen doosy and I have NO IDEA why it hasn't been done yet? why not get 15-20 of the best rockers still in bidness ready to go and create a tour of them rotating in and out doing covers, tour the world doing this, learn some foreign language and sing in foreign languages, like DLR can do some spanish stuff.. one big huge traveling circus of musicians doing covers and originals, maybe hire vocalists from each nation to sing in foreign languages.. thats the big one, get a bunch of real good musicians then hire real good vocalists to sing in their native languages... do the entire world... do someo tryouts? or use that TV platform to find local talent.. thing is these bands get support from every country for the most I think the fans deserve to hear it once in their own language... record it the works.. the venues would sellout and the live music would sell like hot cakes.. fuggen ban all phones recording devices you name it then you can sell the CD's.. CD's can still be sold, and here is how.. you don't release ANY music to any platform, nothing at all, nowhere, for studio stuff you can give tidbits of the songs.. short stuff a few bars, then presale all the CD's., for a few months its all preorder, STOP allowing these l make $1 song platforms to steal your money and your music, don't allow it to be played anywhere until you hit a sales quota, then let it play on the radio.. they have to change with the times, what they did was so wrong.. sure for old stuff nothing they can do but for brand new stuff do it right and musicians can get paid.. have to focus on better music and better promoting and distribution, presales, non refundable.. no radio play until it hits your CD sales goal..

Hey Carl, great job on all your lessons. I'm 65 been playing since I was seven, I see you are very versatile in your music selections. Just curious about sound when playing live. What do you prefer to get the sound you want? I play through a boss gt-100 but really looking for a better multi-effect pedal that's EASY to set up. I'm always chasing sound! LOL, sound familiar? Thanks, Tony
