As a spanish native speaker, I must say that his spanish sounds like the "spanish from Spain"... because every country has some subtle differences from the other iberoamerican countries, in case you want to know. I was waiting for a forced accent, because a spanish native speaker is used to hear it from non-native speakers(such as english speakers), but this surprised me in every positive way possible. He sounds a lot as a native Spaniard/spanish person... and speaking a spanish able to deceive a native speaker is quite hard to achieve. Kudos for this guy.

what honestly sells the cover for me is (at least I think this is the case) the highlighted words using the singing languages' structure when translated

His Ukrainian was perfect in almost every word, only two minor mistakes: залишає (zalyshaie) sounded more like залишае (zalyshae), and х (kh) in нехай (nekhai) doesn't need to be stressed that much. What impressed me the most is the lack of accent. If not for these two small errors, I would have thought that he is a native speaker! Very good job to Avlonkst, and thank you for the reaction

As a hungarian, I'm amazed at how they nailed the pronounciation. A lot of times when non-hungarian speakers try speaking this language they tend to have a heavy accent, which kind of makes it obvious they aren't native, but for this guy, they could pass as native they're so good

At the very least I can say that the german almost sounds perfect, like a native speaker using High German. The only weird part I have noticed is at 7:06, the "Gar" sounded a little strange at the end, but besides that I would totally believe that he is just natively german. I wonder how he nailed the other languages.
@ZenebL
3 жыл бұрын
He is pretty spot on for spanish, french and polish as well, the only part I noticed in his french is his inflection on the "oi" sound where it sounds like "oa", basically putting too much emphasis on the "a" sound, but that's just nitpicking at this point and he is already on a fluent/native level, at least for these 3 languages I know.

Pretty much the same with russian! Literally the only audible mistake he made is in "вовек"(pronounced it as "вовьек"), but other than that, he sounds native!

@@WolfyTotalDrama (I'll just use the IPA to avoid confusion) [vɐˈvʲek] The "v" is supposed to be iotated(there's a wikipedia page about it, if you're interested), not followed by the "y" sound as in the video. Might have been a little Polish pronounciation slip of the tongue.
