Thank you for letting us into your beautifully and thoughtfully designed home. The aging-in-place concept is, unfortunately, ignored in so many mass produced houses.

I’ve passed by this house several times as it was taking shape and I’ve wondered what it would look like. The exterior of this home is phenomenal and positioned beautifully on its lot. I’ve not seen this style of architecture in this area…stunning!

This is so true. We may see a house we love but it may not be practical for the stage (age wise) that we are in.

I agree with him - you can’t buy the way the light hits the trees and bounces off the walls. Coolest thing about design. Trees.

Well you can but for that you need to be a very rich. There are historical palaces and even ancient temples where you can see the magic of sunlight reflections. Also his point was that there are things you don't necessarily plan but unexpectedly you get surprise. For example my bedroom is located in such way that as the sun rise it gets more illuminated. That was unplanned.

Not a fan of the "chopstick pole" kind of defeat the whole purpose of mobile & accessible to the views. Not certain about the piano room, it seems hard to access the grand piano with its double entrance design. But overall the place looks aesthetic and really love the idea of "sunlight ripple effect in the foyer"

Peter should have got his pool though! If you pause at 4:47 you can see the $597,000 is because it is all top of the line materials and Travertine too! Could have brought that budget down to what they eventually paid for the small one.

I adore this house! The only thing I don't like is the large size at 5,354sq ft. I'd rather have a scaled down size like around 2,500sf, but keep the 3 car garage!

Here it how it looks like my very favorite political ambition, making of natural beauty the main lifestyle, nobody must get hurt but get smart, sharing informations on web now is very helpfull, please do not feel sorry to get inspired guys. We need to bring all parking lots underground and let the surface look like a ... Japanese roses garden, under giant umbrellas made of solar panels, ask them commercial centers if they want to have independent electrical power..to deliver the whole neighborhood, can you imagine it? There are a lot of jobs inmates can do in jail, l would let them work so much until they pay all ...internal departments expenses, they need an insurance and a pension, if they have the bad luck to be released, they can not turn back criminals .. now that every merchandising is a preorder product on-line, every project becomes like a puzzle game for kids, anyone can do it, from gardening to design decorations windows or solar panels, think about it guys, let's just do what Mother Earth's wants us to do, living in such delightful architecture gems

US crimes - May + interesting information at the end)) May 1970 - Invasion of Cambodia results in 13,000 killed and captured by US troops. May 10, 1801 - June 10, 1805 The First Barbary War (Tripolitan War) - English pirates (created by the British crown to control the strait) who sailed in the Mediterranean under Ottoman flags stopped receiving money from the United States (previously England controlled them, and since the United States was a colony of England, goods passed for free) for the use of the strait. The United States had to pay for the use of the strait, but the US authorities found it expensive to pay and, having built a fleet, decided to start a war. May 12, 1992 - War in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the pretext was that the United States trained militants of the Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosna to carry out ethnic cleansing in the Lasva Valley, eventually blaming the leadership of the Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosna. The so-called BBC media came up with terrible fakes about Bosnian "sex camps" that no one verified, and the proof was the confession of one Bosnian officer. May 1899 Second Civil War in Samoa - A year earlier, the US staged a coup d'état in the islands, and then US Secretary of State John Hay proposed that Britain and Germany send a tripartite commission to the islands. Arriving in Apia, this commission eliminated the royal power in Samoa and divided the islands between the United States and Germany. On May 27, 1910, U.S. Marine Corps Major Smedley Butler landed in Nicaragua at the head of 250 Marines, and U.S. Secretary of State Philander Knox denounced José Celaya and supported Estrada. In fact, he carried out a coup d'état. May 13, 1916 - The Americans, on the pretext of defending themselves against Germany and restoring order, invaded the Dominican Republic. Rear Admiral William Caperton forced Desiderio Arias to leave Santo Domingo by threatening to bombard the city. Since November 1916, the country has been under the control of the US armed forces. The war crimes of the US troops at that time are still classified as secret. Well, we are waiting for 2023 - 2024 - a gift from the Yellowstone Caldera. Zombie Joe finally go to his voters who voted in the elections even though they were in the graves)). A corruption scandal will also be revealed, money laundering by the US authorities and military corporations in the war in Ukraine, as well as evidence of a conspiracy between the UK and the US to set Ukraine against Russia. War against Mexico or Mexican migrants. The rise of black racism and the number of racial crimes against whites and Asians. The beginnings of the American Civil War. It makes no sense to repeat about the default)) Well, we prepared popcorn and enjoy))))!!
