Thanks brotha! Keeping it practical and minimal were some of the key things I wanted with this build. The table just adds to the charm haha.

Thanks for sharing your rig with us. I enjoyed getting a closer look at your gear set up. Looks like you have figured out how to make your different systems work for you. Looks comfy in there with it set up. Also want to complement your voice over work on this video, I know you generally rock the asmr style but I think it would be welcomed to hear your narration on upcoming videos. I enjoyed it. Keep up the great work, big things are coming for you. 😊

Ayee I appreciate it Logan! After doing this vid, it made me rethink my setup and now I'm slowly making changes to it, so we'll see what the next version will bring. Initially, I didn't wanna voice over because I don't like the sound of my voice lol. But I'll think about talking more in future vids. Again, thanks again for always supporting and the same goes for you. Keep creating dope content bro!

I had 235/75 R15 BFG ATs on a little 4x4 back in the day, and they were great! And there's an RD1 near me with that size, that looks tasty 😋. I wouldn't personally go bigger without the ability to change the diff gear ratios... I think the sweet spot would be in that 27-29" range, with a good air down and compressor setup, to get the benefit of softer tires while still being at equal or higher than stock ground clearance. And that's all the better because of your skid plate!

Finally!! i've been waiting for this video! regarding your lift, do you have adjustable upper control arms for front and rear? do you also use spacers for the trailarms? Lastly, how tall are you and how long is your bed?
@elijahdondada

Yea it was definitely time to make this vid haha. I'm just running factory upper control arms for both and no trailing arm spacer (though if I decide to go with bigger tires I just might have to get it). I'm about 5' 4" and the mattress itself is 6 feet.

I’m a fan of the RD1 CRV. How many miles are you at now and what have you had to fix/replace as it has aged?
@elijahdondada
Ай бұрын
When I bought it, it had roughly 190k on the chassis and 70k on the replacement motor. Since then, I've driven about 34k and just did basic maintenance: timing belt, water pump, valve seals and adjustment, transmission and diff fluid. Also, just replaced most of the suspension bushings and regular oil changes. So far it's been a champ!
